I was originally planning to book flights and hotel separately, but she managed to match the same price and took care of everything for me.    We went to Tui Staines to book a Maldives holiday on short notice. Diane was wonderful at pulling together exactly what we were looking for. Even more impressively, we realised shortly after booking that we made a mistake in what we asked for. Diane cheerily set to work quickly corrected our mistake! Great, friendly and effective service.

   I can not fault TUI, all of the staff at the Staines branch are amazing. I would never consider booking a holiday anywhere else, other than with TUI Staines. The attention to detail and customer care is incredible. Not sure if it’s acceptable to name staff members but Lea Faulkner, is a credit to the team. Supportive, had first hand knowledge and made booking my trip to Euro Disney simple. If there is a staff recognition scheme, I would kindly request that Lea Faulkner is acknowledged.

   We came in on Saturday to book our honeymoon holiday for next September. We were greeted by Claire who was brilliant with us. Very helpful, passionate and really comfortable to deal with. We booked a safari honeymoon with Claire also recommending to watch the film blended, which we did when we got home that night. We 100% recommend Claire and thank you again. Charlie and Lana x

   Lea at the Staines branch today was SO lovely, had a good laugh, told us everything we needed to know. Booking for our anniversary she wished us well and seemed genuine. Even asked that if we passed by the shop to pop in and let her know how our holiday was. We've used Tui before no issues, smooth transfers and flights. Highly recommend!

   Great experience booking our holiday in store this morning with Alan. Alan was really friendly! we had a lot of questions as we haven’t been away since 2016. We spent just over an hour together discussing all aspects of our holiday and booking it, and I never felt hurried or rushed or things were too much.    Today we visited TUI Staines and walked out with a holiday booked in the shortest amount of time and fully confident that the advice we were given was truthful and honest! Alan is an asset to the company! He was super pleasant and so calm and personable. Never once pushing us to book anything with a sales approach. This really is was a breath of fresh air. We have always booked our holidays online, but fair to say we will be visiting Alan again soon to book our October trip away! Thank you Alan and we will see you again real soon!!

   Fantastic customer service when we went in there looking for a holiday. Noami was Extremely helpful she showed us loads of beautiful and affordable destinations till we were both happy and chose Italy. Thank you so much for all your help and we are so excited for our holiday! Would highly recommend visiting this store over booking it online it was so much easier through an agent and they price match in store which was a massive bonus.

   I have booked 3 holidays for this year with Alan at the Staines Branch.. I have booked previous holidays with him as well and always go on recommendation with Alan or we come up with the same holidays. Alan is very knowledgeable and is fantastic at his job and we have never had a bad holiday.. We have previously booked Mexico,Maldives,Florida,Turkey,Cyprus and NewYork & Mexico for this year.. If ever I have a problem or need anything Alan is always their to help. I would recommend and have recommended Alan to my friends as his Customer Service skills are superb. Alan is always friendly and always has a smile nothing is too much for him. That’s why I have given Alan 5 Stars… Emma Hopkins ( A very happy customer)
