I always receive exceptional customer service but this time, I received the best customer service ever from Mr. Rahul Mehra. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. He worked greatly hard to providing me the best Air Ticket for my Sister and her family without taking our time. Mr. Rahul Mehra saved our money and booked tickets with World NO.1 airline. Words fell shorts to admire Mr .Rahul Mehra co-operation, patience and the efforts he put to help us. He is great asset for the company.    Brightsun travels is a fruad agency. Recently I booked ticket for my mom, sister and her 4 month baby. While doing the web check in I realized that the agency is not attached the infant ticket with the adult ticket and if it not attached, my sister can't took the baby with her. And when I contact with the travel agency they told me they are not responsible for the this. When I contact with the airline they were told to me the travel can only do this for me. But the travel agency is refused to do it. I spoke with one guy in the agency called Sandeep he is very useless and he don't even know how to handle the customer. I had a very poor experience from them. In future I will never take ticket from them or never suggest them to anyone.

   We left from this place very disappointed! There are certain things I would like to highlight: 1) When we walked in, we were not greeted, no warm welcome and we felt so uncomfortable and we quickly went to the Goan lady (J) seated right at the entrance door 2) She got no smile, seemed like we were a burden 3) We were looking for tickets to a particular destination and we did not have a date in mind, so we thought we could ask the lady to suggest when would be the best time to visit the destination at a reasonable price - She stated in a rude tone - 'No tickets are cheap - everything is above £1000'. Made me feel like I cannot afford the amount so told her that I know it is above £1000 (done my research earlier) but obviously I would not be okay with something like £2,000 when I can get something for £1500, etc. 4) She then states she cannot help out as the portal does not show which tickets are cheap for the month, only when we give her the dates she can help out or else no - Okay, I am not quite sure how the portal works but anyways! 5) She then gets a call from her family, she received the call and went on and on while we as 'Customers' are standing there watching her. We were so disappointed. 6) She then quotes the price and obviously I did not say anything to her because there was no point! But this one person ruined our day. Where is the customer service? We walked out thinking what a waste of time that was. I am not saying that this makes the entire travel agency bad, may be you are good, but remember, you will only have customers returning if you have good travel consultants in the agency. Customer service is of utmost importance and having said this, we will not be returning again. First impression really matters.

   Booking a holiday package is never simple yet Brightsun made it so effortless. We truly cannot recommend Nisha Maradia of Brightsun enough. From the first moment, we spoke to Nisha, she took the time to speak with us to find out what we wanted and then went above and beyond in every element it takes in booking our honeymoon. Nisha was consistently professional, polite, swift in dealing with our one million and one questions and made it completely unstressful. We did not think it could be this easy to book a multiple destination honeymoon yet she made every effort in making it as effortless as possible. We cannot recommend Nisha enough. We will most certainly be booking with Nisha/Brightsun henceforth. From the bottom of our hearts, a massive thank you to Nisha for organising our honeymoon with the utmost perfection that it was, thank you.
