    Uninterested and unhelpful doesn't really do it justice. Went in to get information about gap year flights with my daughter. Member of staff told me we could book a one way or a return flight (ground breaking stuff) but we would have to leave Australia after 3 months as that's as long as you are allowed on a visa. He offered no information on how to book, whether the flights could be flexible or fixed, offered no idea of prices and generally couldn't care less that we were in the store. Will book her £1500 flight and £2k tour of Japan somewhere that is interested in our business.
