An immoral company with no conscience! My experience with flight centre has been incredibly disappointing! I booked flights for my family (2A,2C) from Australia to the uk return - paid extra for allocated seats, etcβ¦cost a bit over AUS$7k. 3 months before the flight dates got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and under my oncologists advice had to cancel the trip. I had medical certs, etc to say I could not make the trip for health reasons. Flight centre stung me just over AUS$3k to cancel the flights! Almost 50%! I called more times then I can remember to try to see if there was any compassionate reasoning to waive some of the extortionate fees, but it was all a total waste of time as in the end they already had my money and did not want to give it back to me. In the end I gave up - realizing the hassle of not all was likely doing my health more harm than goodβ¦so I excepted the loss and moved on - lifeβs too short! But my experience with flight centre has been nothing short of a nightmare - so want to make others aware of it.

Negligence beyond recognition. Non existent service and support Absolute negligence. The consortium that made our booking failed to disclose the current restrictions in our destination. We actually gave a list of possible destinations and of all of them, he booked us onto the only one with restrictions. Had we gone and been stuck in a quarantine hotel we would have missed our onward flight. We were forced to pay to change our booking and lose out on all the activities booked and paid for. Flight centre have denied any wrong doing regardless of all their statements saying how they will yell you everything you need to know etc. It's been an absolute sham from start until now. Takes weeks to get a response regarding questions we have asked even after chasing regularly. Noby can give the answers. Might aswell have booked using sky scanner, saved some money and hassle. Avoid and go elsewhere if you actually want a professional service

There isn't one they have totally ignored valued customers at a time in need at least give us a chance to ask a question and not sweep us under carpet.i think you need to to be looking at the future and trying to keep valued customers than let them defect to another agent.hopeless.

It's a bit of a fun place to work! There's themed meeting rooms, slides between floors and a bar and cafe on the top floor. There's also a pretty great view of Brisbane City!
