   We had brill experience with this travel agency for our Umrah and Dubai trip this month. There were loads of us travelling, but everything was handled so smoothly. I even decided to join the family only a day before, and they sorted my booking straight away with no hassle! Throughout the whole process, communication was spot on. Agent Hamza was amazing! He was helpful, easy to reach, and always ready to sort anything we needed. He made the whole trip feel so much easier. The prices were also the best we found, which was a massive bonus.    We recently performed Umrah and booked our entire package through Umrah Islamic Travel. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and very well-organised. A special thanks to our agent, Mazhar, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process — from the initial booking to our return home. Accommodation, flights, and visa processing were all handled seamlessly. The local arrangements in Saudi Arabia were reliable and punctual, especially the transport. The drivers were polite and efficient. The only challenge we faced was a language barrier with the local transport drivers, as they spoke only Urdu/Hindi/Arabic. Since we only speak English, it was a bit difficult at times to communicate with them. That said, anyone who speaks Hindi or Urdu will have absolutely no issues — in fact, they’ll find the experience even smoother. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Umrah Islamic Travel to others planning their pilgrimage.

   Islamic travel agent be it in Hounslow or agents based in India call centre absolutely unprofessionals. They took my money and promised me they will provide Umrah visa and the whole package. I naively bank transferred into Islamic travel bank account. However they denied to provide me the service they promised and asking for more money if I want to use their service. Islamic travel remember what goes around comes around believe me some body will take your whole livelihood and you will not be able to do anything. That’s a curse from one humane to another. If you have hurt me terribly and gone too far that I had to use this platform to say it. Please brother n sisters do not use them, they are scammers.

   I booked my umrah with islamic travels and performed umrah on 1st April 2018 with my family. I stayed 5 nights in Makkah in Faimont royal clock tower hotel, It was absolutely amazing masjid al Haram was minutes away from the hotel and everything was so convenient. The hotel was top of the range. In Madinah I stayed in Rawdat al Aqiq next to gate number 8 of masjid al Nabawi and again it took me less than 3 minutes from hotel to masjid gate it was an absolutely amazing journey and every thing was arranged accodingly from flight to transfers to hotel pick ups. I am so glad that I chose islmic travels to book my umrah Package and the person who helped me through out was Advisor named RAMEEZ he was always available when I called him and he always notified me of any changes immediately Insha allah I would book my next umrah or hajj with Islamic travels. Thank you Rameez.
