   Booked a flight to belfast for easter through Directline flights , flight was cancelled due to Corona virus, asked for a refund was told I had to contact easyjet , that was a waste of time , contacted Directline flights who reluctantly contacted easyjet for my refund it's now june 21st still bo refund and family who were flying on the same day with easy jet have there refund . In contacting Directline flights was told there was no way of them being able to refund me until they get the refund from easy jet , point of fact I booked the flight with them , it's there responsibility to refund me then get there refund from easy jet . I'm near on £300 out of pocket in hard times and have had no help at all in this matter from either party , quick enough to take your money but dont want to refund it .Avoid Avoid !

   I am at the end of my tether now. I really need to contact ceo of this company to help me but I cannot find any way of doing this. They have my money £521 but I have no flight. All I want to do is book. There are now 11 emails between myself and customer services each one giving me no information. I am now getting no emails at all. Please can anyone help me.

   I am an OAP and my son in Law arranged for flights for our family to go to Cyprus. This was in February. A few days ago I had a bit of a flap on I could not find any record of our flights on my computer. All I had was our holiday dates not even the airline to say I and my wife were stressed is an understatement. I thought oh well all this time later what can I do. I then decided to send an e mail with my name and e mail address telling direct line flights the problem I had. I could not believe it within 10 minutes of sending my e mail I had a reply with flights time airport everything I had been worried about. The young lady that sent all the information back to me was so nice even asking if there was anything else she could help me with. I was over the moon and no more stick from her indoors about looseing everything. Thanks again to Michell for making an old man very happy. I will sing your praises for ever and will definitely be back to use direct line flights again.

   I noticed that my books Ryanair flights for 14 July depart and 16 July return were both booked for the 16th when the confirmation came through. I called the number on the booking to make a change and was put through to Directline flights. Sara could not have been more helpful. She assured me that it was clearly not my fault that it had happened and that there would be no cancellation fees as a result. She rebooked me onto the Sunday 14th flight without any trouble and I received new confirmation from Ryanair with the correct dates.

   Tried to book a flight on line but there was a problem with the online booking system. Was asked to phone a number and got through straight away to a very helpful gentleman called Rich Airey. Very polite and efficient and had the booking completed within minutes. Highly recommend
