   ​I recently completed the 15-day 'Egypt and Jordan Experience' with Timeless Tours, and 100% recommend both the tour and the company! This was a perfect first introduction to Egypt and Jordan, and truly a once-in-a-lifetime trip. ​With the exception of Abu Simbel, which was an extra that we opted for, the itinerary included all the key tourist attractions and was well-paced, offering ample time at every iconic destination. The accommodation and transport were excellent—in fact, I would describe some of the hotels as outright luxurious. And the included meals were consistently top-quality. ​And while the tour itself was excellent, the true highlight was the SUPERB customer service provided by Hany at Timeless Tours, which extended BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the trip. ​I'll admit that I was initially hesitant about booking a major trip directly with a tour company I found online, but I'm so glad I went ahead. Hany and Timeless Tours proved to be professional, reliable, and exceeded every expectation. ​Prior to booking for our group of five, I reached out to Hany many times with detailed and varying questions. He was happy, prompt, and clear with every single response. Post-booking, he accommodated minor changes (such as our pick-up location and times) without hesitation. ​During the trip, when small, unexpected hiccups arose, Hany’s response was immediate. He promptly acknowledged our concerns, committed to investigating them, and provided quick, effective solutions. And after we returned, Hany genuinely welcomed our constructive suggestions for improvement and had already begun taking steps to implement them. ​I am extremely impressed by Hany's professionalism, flexibility, efficiency, and genuine commitment to a superior customer experience.    What an amazing experience! Timeless Tours was top notch from my arrival in Cairo until my departure home. All accommodations were impressive. Planned perfectly for the itinerary: the chill resort in Cairo where we start and end, the luxurious Nile Cruise and a couple of days off at a massive aqua park/resort on the Red Sea. Our ground transportation was always A+; thank you for air conditioning and cold beverages. The sightseeing was magnificently jaw-dropping. Medhat, our accommodating, attentive, excellent, and knowledgeable travel guide. Medhat made the tour engaging and enjoyable. The sightseeing is breathtaking.    A Truly Timeless Journey through Egypt I recently returned from the incredible 9 Days, 8 Nights Nile Jewel Egyptian Tour by Timeless Tours, and I cannot speak highly enough of this unforgettable experience. First and foremost, a heartfelt thank you and congratulations to Hany, the CEO of Timeless Tours, for crafting such a thoughtfully curated and immersive itinerary. Over nine days, we explored the very heart of Egypt—from the majestic Great Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza, to the Step Pyramid in Sakkara, the Egyptian Museum, and the vibrant Old Market of Cairo. The Nile River cruise was simply magical, with each stop revealing Egypt’s timeless grandeur—Abu Simbel, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, and more. The tour concluded with a perfect day of relaxation in Hurghada, soaking in the serene beauty of the Red Sea. A special shoutout to our exceptional tour guide, Remon aka Ray, who truly made this journey extraordinary. Ray is a brilliant Egyptologist whose knowledge is nothing short of astonishing. His storytelling brought ancient Egypt to life in a way that was both engaging and inspiring. Beyond his expertise, Ray’s warmth, care, and constant vigilance made us feel safe and well looked after throughout the trip. He even arranged for a personal bodyguard when we visited the Old Market—a gesture that spoke volumes about his commitment to our safety and comfort.    The Trip of a Lifetime – Cleopatra’s Egypt with Timeless Tours We’ve just returned from the "Cleopatra's Egypt: Cairo, Alexandria & 5 Nile Cruise"* tour with Timeless Tours, and all we can say is: WOW. From the moment we inquired to the final goodbye, everything was flawless and unforgettable. Hany was a dream to deal with, super responsive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely caring. Every question (and we had a lot!) was answered with kindness, clarity, and patience. His support didn’t stop once we arrived either and he was always available if we needed anything during the tour. And then there’s Ramez, our Egyptologist, and quite possibly the best guide on the planet. His knowledge is unending and the way he shares it is passionate, clear, and engaging making every temple, tomb, and story come to life. Add to that his impeccable organization, warm demeanour, and genuine kindness, and you’ve got the gold standard of guiding. We’ve travelled extensively and can confidently say Ramez is the best guide we’ve ever had anywhere. The hotels were fantastic, the Nile cruise lovely and relaxing, the transport was modern, spotless, and comfortable, and every driver was professional and friendly. Even more impressive, they catered seamlessly to our dietary requirements (two vegans and a gluten-free vegan!), which is no small feat in a country where that can be very tricky, and it was during Ramadan. The itinerary was rich, well-paced (albeit full-on at times with early starts), and absolutely incredible! We highly, highly recommend adding on extra days and arranging through Timeless the optional Memphis & Dahshur, Saqqara, Abu Simbel, and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization tours, as well as Alexandria if it’s not already included in your itinerary. All are unforgettable highlights in their own right. The sleeper train was an experience we are glad we have! But if comfort and sleep are a priority, we’d recommend upgrading to flights between Cairo and Aswan/Luxor. As three women travelling together, we felt safe, respected, and well cared for at every step. This trip was incredible value for money, full of once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and made exceptional by incredible people. We can’t wait to return to Egypt and when we do, without a doubt it’ll be with Timeless Tours again. 10/10. Highly, highly recommended!

   I had a great time in Egypt with Timeless Tours! Our guide was knowledgeable and really brought the sites to life with interesting stories and a sense of humour. Throughout our trip we were very well looked after and were kept informed about the plans for the following day. Amazing that we travelled all over the vast country of Egypt, seeing all the main famous sights, for such a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend Timeless Tours - a very happy customer.
