   Do not buy airline tickets or do business from this company. I was scammed out of over £500 for a return flight to Houston. I paid with my credit card for the flight, which I never received. I asked for a refund but to no avail.

   Absolutely dreadful company. They have taken £924 for flights leaving in September and today they said they have been cancelled. Checked with airline and they said the flights were never booked or requested. It is now a month before we are due to travel and we have no flights. We are now £924 out of pocket. Maddie (sales rep) was really rude and aggressive. Repeatedly tried to speak to customer relations but they never phone back as promised. No reply from emails sent etc. I have given poor reviews with their feedback saying contact Customer Relations but you can t speak to anyone there nor do they phone you or email you back. Do not use them!

   Wife and I just got back from Cambodia. John Watson was brilliant from start to finish. He booked the perfect flight itinerary so that we would be travelling the least time and least amount of stop over time. We stayed at six senses which is on a private island and John was extremely diligent in his organisation to make sure that we got the boat at 1pm or we would have had to wait until 4pm for the next boat transfer. We saw other reviews that said this travel agent is a scam and I even asked John about this prior to booking but he gave me the companies house number, vat number, the atol registration number which put me at ease straight away and I paid the full amount the same night and within 30 minutes he sent the Singapore airlines e ticket and even phoned me back to get me to log in and check that the flights had been confirmed to assure me that he is 100% genuine. Would definitely recommend using them to book a complete holiday package and will definitely use them again in the future.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS ... I FOUND A FLIGHT £300 CHEAPER AND THEY WOULD NOT MATCH THE PRICE I ALSO FOUND OUT AT THE AIRPORT THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR MY HAND LUGGAGE ON MY RETURN FLIGHT....BUNCH OF CROOKS!!

   Scam I would advise others to avoid Dial4travel at all costs. I had booked a ticket from them during the pandemic, and was asked by Eric to pay a deposit of 250. When I later learned that the ticket would cost more due to needing to isolate for 10 days, I asked for a refund, but Dial4travel has yet to pay me back.

   I have a horrible experience with the management of the company, do not book with them. They will force you to signed and Also instruct you what u should say when replying to the email. There will be no refund policy explained to you so be careful when u replying to their emails. And they’ll start quoting you when u ask for refund including the manager. They hold on to my money.

   I'm grateful for the company especially Sam for helping me book the tickets However I've had to give it 3 stars I noticed when I spoke to other customer service representatives they were quite abrupt and rude. I'd called to ask if I needed to do a covid test before travelling and the lady replied " obviously " with a rude tone. I didn't appreciate that because when I called the airline they confirmed I didn't need to do a covid test if I've had two vaccines which I wish the customer service representative could have clarified. I booked through an agent to advise me so therefore expected this to be done in a polite manner. I also noticed I had to chase up to find out what was happening regarding covid as my country had been put on the red list again it would have been nice to recieve a call from dial4travel and get information update and I also found it strange how they were no longer accepting payment plans and you had to pay for the full amount in order to obtain the ticket. Another point I should mention is I also didn't get a courtesy call before travel or after travel. This would have been appreciated as I paid for a service and to show the company cares for it's customers. The only time I was consistently called was when it was time for me to make payment. I also wasn't informed that I'd have to pay for my seats coming back to the UK I wish they'd informed me of this.
