   We had a fabulous time last year in Greece on our holiday booked through Sunvil. However, this year I am struggling to get timely answers to questions regarding the booking I have made with them and arranging airport accommodation and parking. Perhaps they are having staffing issues but it's disappointing and frustrating.

   Went on holiday with my sister in law to Tolon in mid October. We had a few issues with the taxi transfer and accommodation. On our return we emailed Sunvil listing everything that had happened. To date not heard a thing from them, despite my sister in law emailing them again. At this moment in time it is not a company I would recommend which is a shame as we were wanting to book again for next year. Unless a response is received from them we definitely will not be booking with Sunvil and reluctantly would not recommend them.

   Very pleasant holiday the rep was great on Lemnos very helpful and knowledgeable. The Sotiris apartments were excellent. Plenty of choice of restaurants with great food. Will use Sunvil again and come back to Lemnos

   Have used Sunvil on and off for over 20 years. Always excellent. Our most recent custom holiday in Greece had a complex list of flights, transfers, overnights and ferries. Originally booked for 2020, sunvil obligingly rescheduled to 2021 for obvious reasons, and again to this year. Even with the recent airline cancellations and reschedules all went smoothly. Can’t praise them enough.

   So we haven't been with Sunvil to Spain or Greece for a few years now because of COVID, so I will keep this basic. Sunvil is a good tour operator and we had to several by trips to the Med with them which went smoothly. It was great that they pre- checked all the destinations and accomodation and I loved it that a rep was always available to talk and support us when we had any questions or issues. On one occasion in Kefalonia when we had a noise issue, they moved us to a small villa just along the beach, which was just fabulous. I also loved the way they organised our travel and had transport from the arrival airport ready and waiting to take us to our Villa and then back again at the end of the holiday. We had some memorable good times, thanks to Sunvil and I really do recommend them.

   We travelled to Lemnos Greece recently and Sunvil were exceptionally helpful in guiding us through the regulations. Their rep on the island Annette made sure all was in place and well for our trip home and the tests required. 5 star service.

   Have used Sunvil for holidays on Cyprus, on Crete and other Greek Islands and have always found the accommodation spotless and the travel arrangements went seemlessly and like clockwork. Never had any problems or issues. Prices reasonable and competitive too.
