   The reason for the 1 star is the absolute standards that pizza hut expect the staff to work in. All the staff were helpful and friendly and doing the best they could but we're massively under staffed, and hearing the news after only visiting yesterday it's no suprise. Overworked staff ques out the door all whilst have 4 members of staff with at least 70 people seated and another 20 waiting to be seated. Corporate greed clearly got the better of you but it failed anyway. End of an era however I feel for the staff who now have to find another job due to no doubt poor decisions being made at higher management levels.

   Visited today at 3pm with a family of 4 including one very hungry toddler and did not realise the buffet stopped at this time. The manager kindly offered to keep it open for longer and even put fresh pizza out. Great customer service, yummy pizza and great variety on salad bar.

   Was very happy with my visit to the Pizza Hut at Cribbs Causeway. Service and pizza was good, with numerous seats available alongside multiple drink machines. Toilets were clean and although it was in a tight area, the space was utilised well. Will come again!

   It was my little girls birthday, and she was made to feel so special. The service was fantastic. Overall the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it. Tracey was brilliant and ensured we were well looked after. Thank you!

   Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Mia was amazing and understood we didn’t want to order online and took our order with pen and paper. The service was really quick and saw her multiple times assist other customers when she saw they were puzzled by the QR code scanning to order, she is the perfect role model for Pizza Hut and deserves recognition. She mentioned it was her last day so good luck Mia! I hope you take your amazing service with you. Only downside was we waited about 25 minutes to be seated :(

   I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to. The food was great and the vegan cheese actually tasted like cheese! My non vegan friends even preferred the vegan pizza over the others. The hospitality was especially great. Our server Mia Saunders was amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed and helped us order since online was a bit difficult. She kept checking in on us and was so nice. Would 100% go again.

   Toilets are smelly and dirty with some actually broken my son said the mens were bad as well. Restaurant floor needs a clean covered in hair and food. The young staff were blamed by management so train them! Salad had ran out and the ice cream you’ve gone for cheap ingredients it had melted by the time I got back to the table and it tasted nothing like ice cream. I spoke to a member of the staff who was lovely. She spoke to the manager who then couldn’t be bothered to come to our table but relayed her message back to her staff member. Definitely not worth the £17.99 for an adult

   Obviously some of the best pizza around! We had to order via app using a QR code. Free salad was available with the meal. There is a wide variety to choose from with great deals on the menu. The pizza was really good and I would recommend getting the wings too. I was really impressed with the service, the helpers we're really on the money.
