The pizza arrived 1.5 hours after I placed the order, even though I live only 4 minutes from the restaurant. One cookie was missing, the ice cream was melted, and the pizza was inedible — soggy and cold. If I could, I would give 0 stars for this quality. Never again.
Guy threw my pizza on the side and tried walking off and my order was wrong. Told the cashier I didn’t want mushrooms on my pizza twice, pizza came with mushrooms, another man came out and claimed I wanted them, telling twice I wanted them on my pizza, despite not even being there. Cashier didn’t know the deals which is fair enough but would then tell me them and change the price, 13.99 was suddenly 24.99 at checkout, even if I didn’t add or change anything. Avoid and just go to the papa johns next door lol
I lived near this Pizza Hut in university and probably got it at least once a week. I’ve had many Pizza Huts from different branches, and the Bath one is easily the best. Everyone I have brought here has agreed. I cannot stress how firmly I believe that Pizza Huts across the UK would be so much better if they did whatever these guys are doing
Very bad pizza. They give me raw pizza. Totally white not even cooked to eat. And specifically when they are not busy. Very bad experience never again. Waste of money.
What a nightmare ordered my food. Paid for it They went to wrong address. And then the delivery guy started mouthing off telling me i gave them the wrong address. Rang pizza hut up Bath and he said. Next time i order give the right address. Absolutely disgusting customer service And will never again order anything from there again and will be letting all my friends the same Shocking treatment
So there's new management I believe and you call to order and they always to tell you to call back in 5 minutes..why ? Then they tell you they have a new system and that's why I can't pay online so what can I do ? Something has happened here and the main pizza hut office need to take note because sales must have gone down in the last few months.
Just had the most overcooked burnt pizza ever but bizarrely absolutely covered in grease.
Ordered through Pizza Hut app. Said 95 minutes estimated delivery. Got a call from the driver who said he was outside but it was too dark to see my house so asked me to come outside. I went out straight after and there was nobody outside on my street at all. Called the store to ask what happened and they refused to help me or send me another order even though they knew my order had been sent out and clearly gone to the wrong address. They explained that because it was through a third party I had to complain via email to customer services. I was very clear that I didn’t order through a third party for that exact reason and he still insisted that there was nothing he could do. So now I have no food and I’m down £40. Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again!
Terrible. Ordered over 1.45 hrs ago - still no pizza. No apology when phoning to chase other than told they are too busy. Expected wait was 70 mins so fine but this is now over 110 mins. Horrendous customer service and experience
