   Messed up our order and put real peperoni, instead of vegan peperoni, on our pizza. We didn't notice and ate a couple slices of the pizza. We then phoned them as we realised they messed up our order as the cheese and size of the pizza was wrong, but we had no idea the first pizza we ate also had real peperoni until our new order arrived and we saw the peperoni was different. Since, I have been throwing up as I am a vegetarian. Man on the phone was horrible and useless and hung up on me. I want a full refund. AVOID this place!

   So happy theyre open again, the food was amazing. We ordered 20 large pizzas and 20 sides on a busy evening and the guy making it smashed it!! Got some cheeky dips too :)

   I just happened to get a takeaway from here. Their generosity and the way they addressed when we made quick complaint was so satisfying. I would rate 10/10 for the quality of their pizza and the customer service. Thank you so much.

   We were very disappointed when our pizza arrived as it barely had any cheese at all. I called to complain and to say I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza and they told me to send an email to their customer service team. I said that I wouldn’t be doing that and that I wanted a replacement or a full refund so they agreed to send a replacement pizza. I got the replacement 45 mins later and again no cheese! I guess they don’t have enough cheese in this branch so unless you’re after bread with tomatoes sauce then look elsewhere.

   Tracker changed to 'delivered' after 45 minutes. 30 minutes later I called the store as it was still not here. The lady told me it had left the store for delivery but couldn't say when it would arrive. And hung up on me. Another 37 minutes it turns up. Cold. Hard cheese. Inedible. Wrong extra dips i paid for delivered. Oh...they also left the metal cooking plate under the pizza....tried calling to request another but not picking up phone. £34 wasted

   Glad Filton has reopened. Pizza came quick although not very hot. There was a lacking in toppings, much less than we used to have on our pizzas from here. Tasted good though, still beats other pizza chains. Please don't be so stingy with the toppings next time.

   Pizzas arrived with nearly zero cheese on...a tiny sprinkling over the burnt jackfruit. been trying to phone the store for over 20 minutes and no answer...complete waste of time and money from this papa johns

   I placed an order for 2 pizzas and a side, upon collection I was greeted by Marcos, who was kind enough to offer me an extra pizza which was an incorrect order of another customer, I was very grateful for the extra pizza especially my kids, who went back inside with me to say a special thank you. Top service and great pizzas, would definitely order from here again when in the area. I am sure all the staff are great here, for me, Marcos definitely is one of the best, personal thanks to him for making our experience amazing.

   |Collected| Pretty good, enjoyed it more than other fast food pizza places! Pepperoni pizza was a bit on the saltier side, but other than that - great! But afterwards couldn't feel anything else than indigestion
