    The experience was a good one, when I called to book my flight in February Jason was very helpful and tried his best to get me the cheapest flight. During the months leading up to my final payment we built up a very good relationship and felt he dealt with most of my queries professionally. Apart from Jason's great service I think Fly24-7 can improve the customers' experience by offering a longer payment plan system. for example, my holiday is not until September, however I had to complete my payment by May. Most companies allow customers to pay instalments up until 12 - 8 week before travel. I felt I was under pressure to complete my payment with 4 months left before I had to travel.
