Very impressed, great food, tasty and fresh ingredients. Everything was still hot when it was delivered. Staff were very helpful, nice and friendly, including the delivery guy.
Outstanding experience! Not only was the food delicious and well-seasoned, but the delivery time was impressively fast. The driver was polite, and the packaging kept everything intact. A fantastic choice for dine-in or delivery
Pizza was incredibly thin (you could literally see through the base) and very greasy. Loaded fries - some soggy some hard (microwaved to within an inch of its life), pasta was OK although tasted like jar sauce and again like it had been in the microwave (when the pasta goes hard/chewy) garlic bread was very nice though!
Food was late because they burnt it. Gave me a brownie to compensate. The pizza tasted burnt and like cinnamon. Why is there cinnamon on my burnt pizza? Why did I give you my money for this rubbish? Strongly advise you go elsewhere for pizza. Anywhere else. Edit: the customer service rep for westbury gave me a refund. They did offer me another pizza but I didnt want to eat there again. The guy was really nice and he went to some trouble to get me a refund, hence me adding a star here and a star for service. If they ruin your food and you don't want to eat there again the brand does care enough to refund you if you email them. Thank you.
I'm obsessed with this pizza for some reason, since I arrived in the UK I have been ordering with my bf almost weekly. I'm Italian and I travelled quite a lot and I gotta say that this is a nice, juicy, not typically Italian pizza! Very soft and moist. Love it :) nice alternative to domino's and papa johns that sadly do not deliver to Westbury. Both deep crust and thin crust are very nice. Desserts are a tasty treat too, especially the churros. Best thing to do is ordering through their website directly!
I’m off sick from work feeling really grumpy but after tucking in to this pizza I feel so happy! Not too thick or thin I’ve got stuffed crust which is light and fluffy. Hot and delicious! The driver got a little bit lost but he phoned me and was very friendly. A big smile always helps! Definitely ordering again!
Should really be no stars but unable to post without a rating. Placed order through uber eats. All good until 1 minute later when received message saying that order had been cancelled (not by us) and that we were still being charged!
I came here to pick up a pizza, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It took around 10 minutes to get a pizza, which was quick, and the quality was good. Flavours were superb, the cheese is high quality and you can tell, the crust is nice too. Overall, it feels like a blend of Dominos and Pizza Hut, not quite as fluffy as Pizza Hut but not quite as thin as Domino's. I'd easily rate it a 5/5... The price wasn't the worst either, around £8 for a 12' pizza which I ordered.
Take-way pizza - was a bit slow to be delivered, tasty but sady delivered luke warm. The pizza shop is 4 min drive away - I can drive to Trowbridge dominos, and bring a pizza back and it still be hotter. Can't fault the taste and reasonable value - thumbs up to delivery. I did try to call when the pizza was 15 min over the estimates just eat delivery time. But didn't get an answer - 56 mins from
