paid for a pizza online and it was very burnt and went in to see if we could get another one the staff on the front desk said they come like that and if they made another it would be like it again and was being disrespectful to me and was saying the pizza wasn’t burnt and was fine demanded a refund as was terribly rude.
Best pizza i’ve ever had hands down. Staff were super polite and made my food quick. Food came really quick and had nothing wrong with it. Will be coming again
Awful customer care at Melksham store. 1 hour delivery when it should have been 25 mins. After calling to chase (as stuck in quality control for about 20 mins!) was told on its way. When I asked for a discount, they literally laughed on the phone and said no....no explanation or apology.....Dominoes is nice Pizza, shame about the customer service at Melksham.
I genuinely think that someone is sabotaging your normally brilliant pizzas ...... tonight's order (only the mighty meaty) literally had salt sprinkled on it..... now i like salt more than the average human but this was slug killing volume...... disgusting..... also someone needs to be quality checking your super famous and stretched Italian crust.... cos to be frank.... it ain't happening in the Melksham store.... sorry guys.... VERY VERY disappointed. At least you've saved me a small fortune for a while because I don't think I'm gonna fancy a Dominos for a very long time...... yes I've contacted Customer Services on your App.... but I don't expect a response.........
Nice pizza but they are overpriced £6 for 10 wedges same for the chicken nuggets pound each £20 for a medium sized pizza
So disapointing. Why can none of the big chains provide the service they advertise. Ordered a Vegan pizza via the app. The app seems to seriously struggle with Vegan pizzas as it took two attempts to order the pizza I wanted Vegan peperoni with Soya strips. What I recieved was a Vegan magarita with soya strips that to be honesy does not look remotely appealing. I called to explain that my order was wrong to be told "No you ordered Vegan margarita with strips". When I tried to explain my issues with the app and that may be the cause of confusion I was interrupted and told I was wrong. I offered to return to the store with the pizza but was again interupted and told "No do not being it back I will give you a refund" before I could protest I was hung up on with no confirmation regarding refund etc. Its a shame as I said I've had pizzas from this branch before that have been great. I wanted to replace my pizza with what I ordered but was supposedly given a refund instead. Now I just need to wait and hope I actually receive one.
Waited over an hour for delivery then when pizza did arrive, it was stone cold. Driver parked on driveway of house next door then trampled over their garden and ours to get to us instead of walking round the pavement. Not an experience we want to repeat.
It's an ordinary Domino's. You know what you're going to get - and you do. I always order online to collect, and never have to wait For the 20 seconds I'm there the staff are friendly.
