Would not usually put this but the awful service by the young man on his scooter tonight deserves this 1star. Handing the food over out of the "keep hot bag" was bad enough but then the back chatting and "well I've never been told to let you take it out by Dominos"attitude beggars belief. I tried to explain I don't want you touching my food...that's the whole point. "Well other drivers do it" I said no they don't. I tried phoning to ask them to explain to the young man but nobody answers the phone. I hope they see this instead and explain the correct way to do things.

Always missing cheese on pizza, even on plain cheese and tomato. Was offered £10 off my next order as a goodwill gesture, which I was happy with the acknowledgement. Just tried to order, only a few days later, and no credit there and there's nothing they can do! 1 out of 20 orders do we get decent portioned looking pizzas that's not missing cheese, lack of toppings, sauce, burnt, sliced properly, late, no dips etc. How hard is it for the staff to do the only thing they have to do, to match the big picture of the pizza in front of them, even when it's quiet. Why do we still order from a very poor quality service establishment, oh because I have teenage boys!

The pizza is good and the delivery drivers are friendly. However, Domino’s advertises to me multiple times a day, so I had to knock off a star. That said, this is a good Domino’s if you want quick, fresh, and tasty pizza.

Awful. I ordered through app for a delivery scheduled for14:30 (giving 2 hours notice). When it hadn't arrived by 14:45, I called the store and was blatantly lied to. They claimed to have attempted to deliver and that nobody answered. I have a Ring Doorbell and can see that nobody made any such attempt.

Ordered online. The online tracker progressed quickly. It advised me my order was delivered even though it hadn't arrived. I rang to ask what happened to my order, the man on the other end 'appeared' to not understand me, Judging from other reviews here I'm not convinced. He finally advised it would be with me in 10 minutes. I only live 10 minutes drive from the shop. It took over half an hour to arrive from the point the tracker said it had been delivered! The pizza was mediocre, not worth the £23 it apparently costs without the discount! I'd rather be given an honest response if they are struggling to get orders out quickly, I can deal with that. I don't like dishonesty so will not be bothering with Papa John's at Midsomer Norton again. Soz.

Pictures to come been using them for years never had any issues staff always friendly pizza always tasty but recently this seems to have changed some staff are just simply rude the pizza's are kinda hit and miss this last one i could not eat as it just tasted weird, other times it just seem like they forgot the chicken 5 bits of chicken on a large pizza doesn't really work. massive waste of £15

Just received my pizza from Midsomer Norton Domino's Pizza store. The base is thin/flat, hard and raw inside as if they skipped yeast in the dough. Most of the ordered toppings are wrong: instead of mushrooms, chicken, bacon and onions I got mushrooms, tomato, pepper and sweetcorn. I ordered classic crust, but got no crust. And they charged me £2.50 for delivery while my order cost £48. After tonight they lost one of their regular customer who used to place big orders. From now on any other take away delivery but them.

Really enjoy the cheeseburger pizza, but you used to be able to customizer the pizzas like I don't want the gherkins on mine.

Not even got our order as so called “no drivers” rubbish! We ordered early. And you’ve only just cancelled! Dreadful service

Domino’s in Midsomer Norton has improved massively!! We hadn’t been there for a couple of years because their pizzas went downhill and were awful, undercooked, sloppy and barely warm but as our other local pizza places had gone downhill we decided to try Dominos again and have done 3 times now. Totally different. Pizzas are always hot, proper pizza consistency and always delivered within a good time frame (they let you know if they are busy!) The BBQ base is amazing! I hope this level of service remains.
