They never answer the phone.after 2 years of trying to redeem my vocher with them they still haven't given me my money back or dates to cover the cost of my money.

Iceland holiday was my first Toorsy booking experience. Our trip was as perfect as our booking, it won't be our last. Lauren has been very informative and helpful.
Came across toorsy on groupon. I contacted the company directly and Lauren was helpful. However after the visit, I am still awaiting a refund for one of the cancelled tours for the last 10 months. Will not recommend this company nor will I be using it again.
