   AVOID - Major Decline in Quality and Shocking Management!! ​This takeaway used to be one of the best pizza spots in Glasgow. Now, based on my recent experiences, I would argue it's not even the best in East Kilbride. The quality of the pizza has plummeted, and the management's handling of customer service issues is unacceptable. ​The First Incident: Raw Dough ​I placed an order for a pizza and chips last week. ​Delayed Collection: I arrived at the exact time I was quoted for collection, only to be told the pizza had torn while being removed from the oven. This resulted in an additional 15-minute wait while a replacement was made. ​Quality Failure: When I got home, the underside of the pizza was completely raw—soft, uncooked dough. ​Customer Service Failure: I called immediately to complain and requested a full refund and collection of the entire order. After waiting for half an hour, I called back and was informed that they could not get a driver to pick it up. Crucially, no one bothered to call and inform me of this change. I was also incorrectly told they couldn't process a refund because I had paid contactlessly. ​The Resolution Offer: Staff offered to replace the order for "free" (i.e., cook it properly) to rectify the issue. ​The Second Incident: Half-Burned, Half-Raw Replacement ​I returned the following week to collect the promised replacement order. ​Managerial Scrutiny: The friendly staff members were clearly instructed by the manager only to replace the pizza, arguing that the chips from the previous week were cooked properly. I had to explain that the chips were an uneaten side to an inedible main meal and that I wanted to eat the full meal together. ​The Final Product: I collected the replacement pizza (and decided against buying new chips). Upon getting home, the underside of this pizza was a mix of partially burned and partially undercooked dough. I can only conclude that the pizza was not correctly rotated in the oven during cooking. ​If you are going to charge approximately £15 for a pizza, it must, at the very least, be properly cooked. ​Conclusion ​Overall Rating: 0/5 ​This establishment clearly has no idea how to make a decent pizza anymore, and the manager demonstrates a profound lack of understanding regarding basic customer service. I strongly advise avoiding this takeaway. >if you want a really good, authentic Italian pizza in East Kilbride, Stephanos is the place to go. ​

   When we fancy a pizza we always go for Canotto as it's the best in the area. Quality ingrediends ❤️ great service and delivery on time. The only downside is that it happens that pizza is burned to the point that egdes are extremly hard to chew It's such a good pizza so it is a shame.

   Did find it a very different setup from what I'm used to picking up a pizza takeaway, you buzz for unit 3 then they buzz the entrance open, walk through some office area, through a door into a corridor and a toilet, through another door to a warehouse setup where I seen the sign for Canotto and a guy said hello and said my order will be two mins. A friendly girl passed me my order. I 100% recommend the grandma we got a grandma and a pepperoni, pepperoni was nice but I was we got two grandmas. Pizzas are the best in the area get the hot honey habenero chilli sauce.

   Myself and my partner would highly recommend the NYC style pizza and we were lucky enough to have tried their Detroit style pizza by the slice, secretly hoping they bring this back. We seen they had started doing pizza classes, which we managed to go to today...Dominic was friendly and a great teacher, definitely would recommend it as we had a great time and also got to stuff our faces at the end. Keep up the great work guys can't wait to see whatelse u guys come up with!

   I've been desperate to try Detroit style pizza since I saw and recreated Chef John's version from Food Wishes. I was not disappointed. The crust is perfectly crispy and soft. Highly recommend the dips and drizzles as well. Super friendly owner/chef too.
