Pizza was so good. Delivery was fast and fresh and the driver was lovely. Great branch and great value for delicious pizza
Ordered a pizza to my house, arrived very quickly and was cooked to my liking (not burnt but crispy). Amazing deals saved me a lot of money and the staff were very lovely when I ordered over the phone.
I’m typically not one to review or complain but the female manager who dealt with my query (7pm 10th August) was incredibly rude and literally hung up on me. My partner had collected our food and both pizzas were completely wrong. When I called up to ask about this the lady said “it isn’t our fault, it is the people above us that are at fault”. When I asked to speak to someone else, she said that she is the manager and then hung up on me. Considering how much we paid for these pizzas I’m in shock at how this was dealt with. We could not eat these pizzas due to allergens and I’m so disappointed with how the staff dealt with this very reasonable complaint.
Despite a lot of negative reviews, I didn't find issues with this particular branch. The lunch deal is excellent value for a pizza, potato wedges, and bottle of Pepsi for £4.99.
So I finally managed to get a vegan pizza hut pizza. From Pizza Hut Delivery in Hairmyres East Kilbride. IMO the best way to enjoy it is by ordering the midweek lunch deal so I got this pizza plus wedges and a 500ml Irn Bru for £4.99. I don't like ordering big pizzas to myself I just don't have the appetite. It's also the cheapest way to order a vegan pizza from the location. Asking on Reddit the vegan cheese is supplied to Pizza Hut UK and Ireland from Violife. In terms of cheesiness it was okay. The mouthfeel and the consistency of the cheese was decent. If I were to get a delivery which I wouldn't I because of how bad the Just Eat app is in the area I would always collect. This is best eaten outside or in the carpark in your motor. I chose the sun blush tomatoes and roquito pearls. 7.5 out of 10.
Refuse to accept cash, therefore I will not be back. Companies like this are destroying our economy and right to privacy. When I now see a company going cash free I think they do not trust their staff, they are removing the need for staff ( banking ). Why are the public not seeing this? we should push against a cashless society, where at the push of a button they can freeze everything, no thanks! until you accept cash I will not be back.
Delicious pizza delivered exactly on time. It was fresh and hot. Absolutely no complaints and nothing left apart from the box. Will definitely order again.
This place is a joke! Placed an order online on 12th May and made payment of £55.08. A while later I got a call from the store to say they had no large premium bases of my choice left and gave me a cheaper base option in place. I refused and cancelled the order but I’m still waiting for the refund!! The store are saying that the refund should be given via online and have no control and when you call online they are closed due to Covid! Not a nice way of scamming the public! Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again!
Ordered a gluten free pizza tonight for the first time from pizza hut, there was no option to choose a larger or smaller size only medium which was fine. The pizza arrived and it was much smaller than a typical medium pizza, the base was solid and tasted of nothing, there was barely any sauce or cheese and the pizza was just bland. I've had far better gluten free pizzas from supermarkets for a couple of pounds and I paid £18 for this. Disappointed is an understatement! Ended up picking the pepperoni and cheese off and binning the base. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it's not the restaurant's fault it is the same in any branch plus delivery was quick and the driver was friendly.
I order food from here quite a lot & can only say the service is very prompt & the delivery drivers are very courteous. The food Is left on the door step when dry but that is to protect me as well as the driver. So very understandable due to the pandemic. So its 5 stars from me.
