Shame they changed their opening times, lunch-time deals are very good. Just a good, consistent dominos. Usually very quick for collection.
Ordered pizzas and specifically called the store to ask them to cook them properly, as we’ve had issues with undercooked food before from this store. Despite the reassurance, the pizzas arrived raw again. Called immediately to return the order and request a refund. The staff barely spoke English and passed the phone to the driver, who claimed the oven can't cook pizzas for more than 6 minutes. Refused to take the order back or issue a refund, saying the manager would call at 5pm – nobody ever called. This is not the first time we've received raw food from this place. Terrible service, no accountability. Avoid.
Must be the worst dominos in north Lanarkshire, Chaos left standing waiting on orders by the time I got my pizza it was stone cold and hard. Service is non existent
Terrible experience at this Domino’s location. The employee with blonde hair and glasses was extremely rude when I asked a simple question about my order—she acted annoyed and dismissive instead of being helpful. On top of that, this store has a serious issue with favoritism. Hours are being unfairly cut for hardworking staff while the boss’s girlfriend gets more shifts. It’s completely unprofessional and unfair. Customer service and employee treatment both need serious improvement. Won’t be coming back until they fix their very obvious issues.
Waste of money after a long day couldn’t be bothered to cook so thought I’d order a pizza. chicken on the pizza was stone cold, bacon could be brought back to life by a good vet and The cheese was like rubber and now me and my partner both have food poisoning. Would’ve had a better dinner raiding the bins out the back of home bargains. Never ordering again
It was the most efficient collection in history. Ordered online. It was pretty much ready to the minute of my specified collection. Piping hot and Delicious. Good deals on at the moment.
I had to wait 40 minutes inside the shop and then when I finally received my long awaited pizzas they were so cold I genuinely assumed they had been refrigerated. Due to them being glacial we had to heat them up and when I finally got to eating the pizza it was a 5/10 at best. I would of honestly preferred 2 Chicago town mini pizzas instead. P.S they also forgot to add extra tuna to mine.
Diabolically poor service and pizza .waited 40 mins after the order time , pizzas had to be reheated at home . Never again !!
