   I ordered a large cheese and tomato pizza (which automatically has extra cheese, I checked) and added 2x an additional topping. My complaint is WAY too much tomato sauce and very little cheese, I'd be annoyed at this amount of cheese normally but it's unacceptable with extra. I couldn't eat it with that much tomato sauce. Waste of money.

   I contacted Rutherglen shop when I ordered wrong pizza online for my daughter (which could have been a disaster). I spoke with Manager on phone and she was so kind and helpful, changed my order no problem. Very good customer service and much appreciated.

   After a long day of travel and many delays. I called the store ahead and asked if I could collect my order at the last min before closing time. The manager Stephanie was extremely kind and helpful. She did everything to help me and went over and above. A true heart of gold. Honestly an experience I will never forget. When you're having a long day the small things mean everything. Since this experience, I have placed another order and I can't praise Stephanie enough. Food is always top quality as well. Highly recommend Dominos Rutherglen. Thanks again for being so kind and helpful.

   Ordered food at 1.09pm, it is currently 10 minutes to 2. Person on the phone by the name of "Paul" couldn't have been quicker to hang up, seemed as though he didn't actually care that I had been waiting almost an hour for ONE pizza and chicken side. I didn't have the chance to speak as he constantly interrupted me every sentence I started. Customer service here is low to none. I will have thoughts of changing stores due to this issues we've had today. Would highly recommend to anyone not to phone this store, as you wont get any sort of chance to speak to anyone. Very unhappy with the service I've received today, as a paying custom some respect would've been great!

   Used this store for the first time today and was pleased with the service I received. The young man behind the till Adam, was very helpful in advising the best deal for me and my kids. As I walked out the store a blue audi S3 was parked extremely close to my car and he also assisted me by carrying some of my order out for me despite the cold. Amazing asset to Domino's he is!
