   Recently used Makkah Tour for Umrah and two other destinations. Waleed was our contact there and he provided excellent services. He was so polite in conversations and helpful regarding our any questions. He provided us all information before our journey and he was in touch with us throughout our umrah and all other bookings. He provided us air travel booking, hotels and transport. All Servics were excellent and on time pickup. Thank you Waleed for organising such a memorable trip. I would definitely use Makkah tour again for our future trips.

   Alhamdulillah, just booked Umrah package with brother Muhammad Abubakkar from Makkah Tours. The service, support and advice from the brother was fantastic. I can wholeheartedly say I would recommend Makkah Tours. He was able to cater for all my families needs. He was very patient as I had to make many changes and also include add ons last minute. In sha Allah my family and my Umrah will be fulfilled. The brother also said that he will be at hand for any help via whatsapp when we reach Makkah (in sha Allah). Definitely incredible service. Please do give them a try when booking for Umrah.

   I used Makkah Tour to book an Umrah for 9 members of my family. The service from Brother Aqeel was fantastic from the first conversation I had with him. Everything was as he told me. He was even available when I was out in Saudi to answer my questions. It's refreshing to has such great service. Thank you for organising such a memorable trip.    Toheed organised everything well and responded to questions regarding the package in clouding whilst in Saudi Arabia.The transfers were in place and worked well. The transfer vehickes were saloon cars. Very comfortable. The hotel in Makkah was three star but one that gave a good level of service and helped with any difficulties. The WiFi reception at the Al kesawah towers in Makkah was not too good. There was a regular bus service to Haram Sharif from the hotel and the driver didn't wait until it was full. The hotel in Medina was 5 star and really luxurious. I was pleasantly surprised as it was around 100 metres from the Masjid Nabwi. When taking taxis, do not pay more than 15 Rial for anywhere in Mecca. I'm not sure why but the pakistani taxi drivers there charged around 5 to 10 Rials more and make out they're doing you a favour. The Arab taxi drivers charge less. That's just my experience. Always agree a price before you take the taxi. For the tours around the city to the holy sites again you will find the Arab taxi drivers cheaper. Again just my experience but the difference was significant. Up to 80% cheaper. Shopping for souvenirs we found was cheaper in Medina than Mecca. Some items were 200% cheaper at the same quality. I found this type of package works well as it offers greater flexibility and freedom with the possibility of multiple visits on the same visa. And.finally Masjid Bilal in Medina which has a small market behind it where you can buy souvenirs at decent prices.
