The worst travel agent. Literally swindlers. Don’t entrust them with your travel they’ll mess you up. They never refunded my ticket cancellation even after they promised to.
It was a horrible experience. I made a hotel booking through Wakanow I paid for 7days (16-22) in a UK hotel. I arrived on 17th due to baggage miss up at the airport. My entire bookings was cancelled and my payment was withheld and not refunded. What a horrible treatment.
It's too pricey for the quantity u get. But the taste is great
