Ben and Hugh planned our 2 week honeymoon in Bali and surrounding islands. From the very beginning they were so friendly and professional and seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. The trip was flawlessly planned and we felt in safe hands for the whole time. They were constantly in touch to make sure we were okay, and it felt like they really cared we had the best experience possible. I cant recommend them enough. Having someone take care of all the finer details and trusting in their eye for detail and sense of luxury made it all the more special.
Using Huben Travel is like going back to how booking a holiday used to be. From the huge experience and advice we received, all the leg work of booking, checking in to flights etc done for us and a travel pack arriving the week before the holiday. It didn’t stop here though as we had regular contact to ensure everything was ok with the holiday. Will definitely be using Huben again.

As our first holiday arranged by Huben Travel we were extremely impressed with the level of service that we received throughout the whole process from booking through to arrival back to our home. At every turn we were very well supported, from dealing with all matters relating to Covid to assuring that we were happy with our Hotel accommodation ,Car hire & Flights. At all times we were personally contacted by a Senior Manager to advise of any changes to our itinerary due to Covid or Airline timetables. All of this highlights the benefits of dealing with a smaller but considerably higher quality Travel Agent. We will certainly be using them again.
I normally book my vacations myself online but with all the travel requirements constantly changing, I thought it would be better to book with someone who I knew would look after me and show me the way. I was surprised to see that they actually got me the best price for my trip but the level of service is something I've never experienced from a travel agent. Ben held my hand through the whole process, with travel documents, making sure I was aware there was an IT issue with British Airways so we left earlier than usual and thank goodness we did as the queues at the airport were horrendous. Many people had their luggage misplaced and I know that if this had of happened to us, Ben would have sorted it out for me right away. When you book with Huben, you don't only get the best deal, you get treated like you're an ultra VIP and every single detail of you and your holiday are looked after. We had a wonderful holiday with Huben travel. This is truly a bespoke service and we cannot recommend them too highly. Ben was there every step of the way - through our indecision (!), then at every point of the holiday including when travel/quarantine rules changed which happened 3 times during our holiday.
