   We were shared details of Alpesh at Cobra Holidays by a friend who had used it and I am glad to say we have not been disappointed. We have now used him twice. Once to book flight and more recently to book our hotel and transfer for our trip to Abu Dhabi. We told Alpesh what we were looking for and ideally where we would like to stay especially with a young one. We were also very specific about the transfer having a baby seat for the safety of our child and he definitely went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. He booked us an upgraded hotel room for the same price as we had reserved a basic room and the transfer guaranteed with baby seat. He was available at all times to for any advice or changes that needed to be made to our booking and made it very easy for us! We would definitely use Alpesh again for any future travels and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

   Cobra Holidays.....what a wonderful travel agent . Alpesh made our very special trip to perfection. We were a couple and a friend. Excelent knowledge and he tailored our plans to perfection. Our destination was Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic to an All-Inclusive Resort called The HOTEL GRAND BÁVARO PRINCESS. We went there for our Golden anniversary and had the best time of our lives. we were reluctant after reading some not very positive reviews. I suppose everyone to themselves. Right from the check-in to check -out was the most pleasant experience. The staff from the customer service to the restaurant were the most pleasant with a smile and extremely helpful. The resort itself was ultra clean with 10 Ala carte restaurants. Rebels Bar, La Hispaniola , El Pescador, El Gaucho,T rapiche, Focaccia pizza, Tartufo ,Tanuki Japanese , Wasabi , La Hacienda....ALL high grade food with a service with the smile. The only disappointment was the Samsara. Which was not quite Indian for us. They need to learn a bit more with the spice mix, but was eatable. On our anniversary we got a real treat with the HEAD CHEF of the resort, Mr Enrico personally cooking at our table. A wonderful gesture. There are buggy cars going round the resort every 10 minutes . Peacocks running all over the very well-kept gardens. The rooms were cleaned on everyday basis and kept very clean. Of course on our special day they decorated our room, a sparkling wine and a plate of fruit. I highly recommend Cobra Travel & this this 5 star resort....I could go on and on.....

   Just returned from a 7 day trip to the Maldives that we booked through Alpesh. Highly recommend Cobra Holidays as we did our research and found a good deal that Alpesh matched without hesitation. We were also a bit of a pain by changing our flight that Alpesh researched and updated without complaints. He also kept us up to date with what we need to complete before flying, both ways. If you want customer service with competitive pricing, Cobra Holidays is the way!

   We recently just came back from a honeymoon in Bali. We booked it last year with Alpesh and he truly did a spectacular job in organising the trip for us. He pre-booked all the excursions and arranged for a local guide and driver which made our trip so much more easier as we knew what was happening on each day and transport was already booked and ready to go. We stayed over in Kuta in the Pullman hotel and it was such a nice hotel located in walking distance to restaurants, tourist shops and even to the beach! Alpesh planed the itinerary to ensure we got to see as much of Bali as we can fit in. He even added more places to the itinerary at no cost of things that we wanted to add in. As a vegan I was unsure of how available food would be but he arranged for the guide to arrange vegan dinners for us which made our lives easier. Everything went so smoothly and was so well organised that we never had to worry about anything whilst we were there. We would definitely recommend Alpesh and Cobra holidays to book your next trip. They did an amazing job and we really enjoyed our time away! Thanks Alps!

   We had the most wonderful holiday in Jordan with Cobra. We had a very friendly group and being a small group, we all got on extremley well with everyone. Mahendrabhai was trying his best to make it an enjoyable experience, be it restaurants or tours. Would definitely travel with Cobra again.

   Booked a holiday with friends to fuerteventura using Cobra holiday's and it was an awesome experience with great service and great price! we only went from Thursday to Monday but it was well worth it. We had our own villa within a hotel in a very quite spot of the island, the villa had it's own swimming pool but you also had the option to use the main pool as well. The Villa and hotel was very clean and hotel staff were very nice and requests were met as soon as possible. Choice of food was really good and there was choice even for vegetarians who sometimes struggle to find food without meat/fish. We also had oasis park included within the package and was a really good experience. Check the pictures to see proof of the holiday which were taken by myself. All information is properly communicated and explained along with contact details that enables us to get through to someone to help with any issues we might have had. Due to proper planning and information we didn't even have to call the agent as he'd already informed staff in the hotel and made us aware on who to speak to. Will be booking future holidays with Cobra holidays.

   Loved my all inclusive package to fuerteventura a couple of weeks ago! We also had transfers included from the airport and to the airport. When we went to the zoo the coach comes to pick up people and also drops everyone back. The hotel was also a recommendation from them (we had a private Villa) Even did my honeymoon through them. I have always booked with them and have received good service!
