Absolute shambles of company! Staff are so unhelpful hours of tooing and throwing with them to have a stone cold inedible pizza and side. Staff dont give a toss when you phone them, lied to repeatedly. Avoid completely. Won't be back!! Ill also be down to the store tomorrow to speak to the manager and get a full refund absolute joke!

We ordered a bunch of pizzas delivery. They never arrived. We tried phoning but it was late at night / early morning. We woke up the next day to find they’d been left at our close door in the pouring rain. When we phoned the shop to get our money back, the guy tried to argue with me and refused to give us a refund - he said that it was an uber eats issue, despite fact we ordered directly from the papa johns website. The guy also tried to say our buzzer had been rang - it hadn’t. Anyone who lives in a tenement knows it’s actually impossible not to hear your buzzer go off they’re so loud. We could not have possibly missed hearing it. When I explained that this wasn’t our problem - as the merchant it’s their responsibility to ensure the product gets delivered safely to us, he eventually said “fine we’ll give you a refund, 3-5 days” and hung up. We never received a refund. Eventually we got our money back through challenging it through the bank. do NOT give them your money
Despite ordering in advance when I got there, I was told my order was not ready despite it sitting in the rack waiting for me. They made me wait 15.mins then gave me cold pizza. Service is really bad here which is a shame.

I have been ordering for home delivery from this place for over a few years now. I never had a complaint but in the last few months, the service has been appalling! One time the pizzas were stone cold, the other time the order was wrong! More recently there have been a lot of delays with delivery and it must be because of the shortage of drivers they have. However, the attitude of the store manager has been appalling when it comes to customer service threatening to cancel the order and refunding the money rather than explaining that there are driver shortages and delivery times cannot be fulfilled! Ordered pizza to be delivered at 5.15pm and it doesn't turn up till 6pm!! At 5.10pm, the pizza was next to be delivered but at 5.30pm, it hasn't left the shop yet!! As I said, very poor service since the last few months and the most recent reviews reflect that.
Pizzas ordered at 19:31. Now 20:30 and still no pizzas delivered despite being ‘out for delivery’ for the best part of 30 minutes. Phoned to check status of order to be told the pizzas had ‘just left’. This was over 20 minutes ago and still no sign of any pizzas. Can only assume at this point that the driver is delivering on foot. Pizzas were rubbery, save yourself the wait time and money and go to dominos instead of these chancers.
Never had any problems here. Pizza dough. The Sauce. Ingredients and choice of toppings are far more SUPERIOR than anywhere else. The only thing that bugs me is the price of everything
