   Scotland's Sports Bar of the Year (2024). Unsurprisingly outstanding, but amazing for a small semi-rural town such as Milngavie. Don't expect a quiet zone - lively venue, with oodles of screens displaying live and past sports matches. Owners organise several special functions - eg. annual [weekend] street party, plus plenty of festive events (notably Hogmanay party). At weekends, head upstairs to Charlie's Loft for live music until wee small hours. This joint jumps!!

   Two terrific pizzas with a good amount of toppings and it’s not often you say that nowadays! Also, the staff member I spoke to on the phone was very patient and understanding with a poor phone line on my end as well.

   I went to fullbacks on Sunday the 20th of April, at 3pm to watch the Celtic v st Johnson match with my friends and I was greeted with 2 very friendly faces of the staff working there, who helped me with all my needs and services such as drinks, food and condiments. One of these servers made me aware of the no Celtic/rangers shirts were allowed to be worn and showing and saved me from further trouble down the line. which I was very appreciative about as I was not aware of this rule. One negative I have to say is that when playing on the public pool table it is quite hard to hit certain shots from certain angles since it’s quite an enclosed space but you can still enjoy a good game of pool.

   Good food and atmosphere. Girls serving were helpful and pleasant, however when it came to the bill that was different. Asked a young man when he cleared our table for the bill. While we waited he cleared a few other tables and served a few drinks. Fed up waiting we went to bar to at bar. Paid and walked out and discussed that it was a lot for 2 main courses and 3 drinks £79.00. Decided to go back and question the bill but the young man was rude and kept asking what we had and where we were sitting even although it was him that we asked in the first place. He was reluctant to give us a look at the bill and was asking us what we had. Upshot was he over charged us by 32.05 quite a lot, he was not happy with us for questioning him about our bill and mumbled something about someone not paying who had been sitting at the table before us. Not our problem if someone has not paid their bill you don’t put it on other customers bill .

   Great service! A young man Adi made us feel very welcome, he cracked jokes allnight & the overall atmosphere was buzzing as they have live sports everynight & two for one pizzas on a Tuesday, great place with friendly staff, place deserves five stars definitely pop by if your in the area ❤️

   We were at Charlie’s loft entertainment venue upstairs. Food was terrible. It was a theme night and cost £35.00 each. The food came 2 hours after ordering and none of the order was correct. They said that there was a problem with the main courses so put pizzas on our table instead. Not everyone in the party likes pizza so some people ate nothing. We were offered a dessert at midnight by which time no one was hungry anymore. We were overcharged for drinks too. We won’t be going back on a theme night. Poor staff were trying their best but it was poorly managed. On a positive note the music was good.

   Lovely little bar, has a few TVs which were playing sports. Really lovely helpful staff and dog friendly. Pizzas were great and had a lovely crust. Great desert too.
