   An Amazing Adventure. We were planning a 1month holiday to India and decided on the route we wished to follow, the regions we wished to explore and the amazing sights we wanted to experience. With India being so vast and the means of travel not being exhaustive, we contacted The Holiday Butler for guidance. From the word go Parul and his team were exemplary. We had a specific budget and we wanted to start our adventure in the north, Shimla in the foot of the Himalayas and travel south to Goa, taking in wonderful cities and sites , I.e. Delhi, Agra (Taj Mahal), Chandigarh, Ranthambore (Tiger territory), Jaipur, Armadabad, Mumbai and Goa. Parul proposed a truly wonderful schedule for us, providing the hotels, the local guides in each of the cities, train schedules and drivers where necessary. Spending 2-3 nights in each of the cities for the first 3 weeks required a great deal of planning to ensure we got the maximum pleasure and benefits. And then finalizing the trip with a relaxing time on the beautiful beaches of Goa. And that is exactly what we received. We travelled extensively on India’s excellent railway service, but the stations are delightfully chaotic and bustling, and the train times complicated. However Parul ensured guides directed us to precisely the correct platforms, and even the correct carriages. A driver was also waiting outside the station to take us firstly to the hotel and, with the guide take us to see the sights of the city. Parul’s proposed schedule allowed us to have a totally worry free adventure, never having to worry if we were on the right platform for the right train, or finding the hotel in a bustling city,and for example, even ensuring we visited the splendid Taj Mahal at the right time of day to gain the maximum pleasure. For us visiting India was a tremendous experience but we saw only a small part. We intend to return to see other parts and have no qualms of using The Holiday Butler again to get maximum pleasure from our adventure. We love to travel and will happily use The Holiday Butler for other countries to visit. SE Asia is also on our list

   I decided to call The Holiday Butler for my forthcoming holiday. On our initial chat Parul asked me questions about what my requirements was (budget, location, type of accommodation). He then went away and within days came back with a couple of options that worked. In the same period I was researching hotels & flights too and came up with a few options. Parul took all the details about them and pursued to look into them too. At no point was Parul forceful, but actually very helpful with advice with his experience, and he was always willing to listen to try to accommodate my needs/requests. He came back with a holiday that worked perfectly, told me tocheck it out, read the reviews etc. We then booked the holiday. Once booked Parul was still hands on with us to ensure it was a seamless process. He has now set up a WhatsApp group between the travel party & himself, so we have a point of contact right upto our holiday and throughout it. He also made sure we were aware of the travel requirements for our destination. I am very impressed with the level of service given by The Holiday Butler, and the depth of personalisation they have given us. I have stored their contact details and will definitely use The Holiday Butler again, and will recommend them to all my friends.    We were planning a trip to Turkey with my wife and two friends, but after searching the internet for a nice all-inclusive hotel with good vegetarian food options we got stuck, we spoke with a friend who had recently booked their holiday with The Holiday Butler and they suggested to call them. We spoke with Parul who was very polite and knowledgeable he made a list of hotels for us to review which met our requirements, once we confirmed the final hotel Parul said he will take care of all our arrangements. We have just returned from our holiday and can only recommend The Holiday Butler because we had a fantastic time in Turkey. Parul had contacted the guest relations and food and beverage teams as they were always checking to see if we were happy with the dining options. The Holiday Butler went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful holiday. They even got an exclusive discount from the hotel spa, which was fantastic.    I had never heard of The Holiday Butler before booking our trip to Crete. From the moment we booked, we have always received excellent service and frequent communication about our holiday. Every request we made was no problem for them to accommodate. It was truly the best Butler service we have had in a long time. While we were on holiday, they assisted us when some problems occurred at our hotel. They immediately contacted the hotel management and the problem was resolved immediately. Plus, we were treated like VIP's afterwards as most of the staff seemed to pay extra attention to our family, which was very helpful, especially with our strict vegetarian diet requirements. We are so glad we found The Holiday Butler, and we will recommend them to all of our family and friends. We are already planning our next holiday with them.

They went above and beyond expectations, from the booking stage to even contacting hotels to get our hotel room ready before the scheduled time so we didn't have to wait.    Our holiday was made more personal thanks to the Holiday Butler. We were looking into a trip to Morocco and a friend recommended The Holiday Butler, so this was our first experience. Parul from The Holiday Butler was extremely patient and attentive to all of our key requirements for what we wanted to do in Marrakech. He then made some excellent suggestions and returned to us with a fantastic itinerary for our holiday. He also assisted us with a dietary card that listed our dietary requirements in Arabic, French, and English before our departure date, which really impressed us. The holiday went exactly as planned, and we were very impressed given that this was our first time booking with them.
