   Decided to try this place after its previous downfall and experience of getting a massive hair in my chips that put me off for good, .. two years later not much changed.. got a small munchie box to share with wife, absolutely awful can only be described as slap up mediocre food, chips looked like they had been sat since this morning, the oil taste was overpowering on everything except the pizza Ofcourse which looked the only fresh bit about it . Collected tonight and the place looks as if it’s on its last legs still, just a dreich, shutdown feel about it. Just an absolute letdown on the community. Definitely Will not be back. Gorefry all the way

   I got a delivery for the first time. I believe in eating local. The chips were good, but the jumbo haggis was tasteless. My partner had the hamburger supper, again, nice chips, hamburger were tasteless. Let me know when you have improved the recipe and we'll try again

   4 deliveries since opening, spaced over various times. Each one varying from pizza to kebabs were disgusting, I wouldn't feed it to a dog.

   Really lovely and friendly staff! Love their variety boxes and the chippy it's self is the cleanest chippy I've ever seen! Would recommend!

   I’ve had 5 kebabs since they opened. First was good, then 4 that followed have all been wrong! Even when I confirm it when they’re handing it to me! I’ll be going to the Gorefry for any takeaway in the future!

   Shop was smoked out I could hardly breathe the girl behind the counter ignored me for ages when I was right in front of her. The chips were like they were a day old the suppers and pizza was rank too. All in all terrible.

   AVOID!! Never order from here if you want it the same day. It took 2 hours for the staff to tell me that my order had left the shop, to then also not even gone through and there was no order, to then it was being made.. to then the driver must have it. Absolutely shocking service and also to mention, the person hung the phone up on me twice!! Said they were busy but when I turned up to the shop there was only one person stood outside and staff standing about. Can’t believe how bad this service was, after this we didn’t want the food and wanted a refund. Avoid at all costs. I’d give this -5 if I could
