Really enjoyed my visit to PizzaExpress in Scotland. The restaurant was clean and cozy, the staff were polite, and the food arrived quickly. The pizza was well-made with fresh ingredients, and the menu had good options for different tastes. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Excellent thin crust pizza! When I say thin, I mean THIN. There is a huge variety of pizza to choose from. The place was fresh and modern. The service was friendly and prompt. I would definitely come back here.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing β I took photos of the Margherita pizza and salad, but the pasta and veggie pizza were so good I forgot to take pictures! Everything was fresh and tasty.

We enjoyed dinner twice at this Pizza Express location on North Bridge just steps from the Royal Mile and part of the Hilton Hotel building. The wait staff are friendly, polite and courteous, and our pizza and pasta came quickly. The pizzas were delicious and reasonable priced for the size. The restaurant is air conditioned so a perfect spot to dive out of the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh in festival season and refresh yourself. Recommend making reservations if you can because both times when we came for dinner around 5pm, the staffer asked if we had reservations even though restaurant was only 1/3 full and was before dinner rush. On a side note, we also want to warn about the staffer who seats customers likes to joke about charging 5 pounds each if you donβt have a reservation. After a long day of sightseeing and just wanting dinner not all customers will appreciate the humour when they are not at a pub but a restaurant. The second visit we had was better but we were ready for some humour and this time it was about our loss of accents so we must be travellers;) Great food so give it a go.

I had a lovely experience at this branch of PizzaExpress. The location is super central and convenient, especially if youβre exploring the Old Town or coming from the University area. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and service was smooth even though it was a bit busy when I visited. I ordered a vegetarian margarita pizza. Itβs a good spot whether youβre dining solo or with friends.

Shawn provided an unparalleled and professional service. Above and beyond doesn't really describe how high I would describe her. She needs a massive pat on the back, made our first ever night in Edinburgh, for my birthday a memorable one. For that we cannot thank her enough. Spot on.

Amazed by this place! The staff was professional and well trained. I could not stop eating that pizza, I literally wanted to order another one! The dessert was expensive considering how small the portion was. It was tasty though and I would definitely visit this place again β¨ I certainly recommend it if you love Italian cuisine.

We had a good meal here. It was generally very good. The staff were efficient and the service was fast. I'm not too sure I got the right drink but I enjoyed it anyway. I would go again.
