A great pizza with excellent service. We didnβt book a table and the restaurant was very busy, with an estimated wait of 10-20 minutes. Despite that, the staff managed to find us a table, which was much appreciated - a great and attentive crew. The pizza was delicious, exactly what youβd expect: fresh, well cooked, and full of flavour. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

A nice spot with the same reliable food and service youβd expect from the chain and this branch has very nice staff they are always very friendly. The only downside at the moment is the lack of a view, as thereβs construction and renovation work going on outside the building. Of course, thatβs not something they can control, but it does make the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy and cut off from the street. Other than that, itβs a good branch and worth visiting once the outside work is complete.

My nephew and I popped in here on a Sunday afternoon - he was starving! - and Iβm so glad we did. Our server was absolutely wonderful and Iβm just sorry I never caught her name. She made a quick lunch for us seem like a big deal experience and my nephew had so much fun with the activities and crayons she offered on arrival. The only downside is that the venue was empty - a symptom of the ongoing scaffolding around the place. And I say βdownsideβ because I mean folk are missing out - we enjoyed have a relaxing and chill experience so close to the Royal Mile. This location is well worth a visit for a quick bite - and the kids Β£8.95 3-course menu is a wonder given the location. Lovely experience!

A delightful place with various options in pizzas as the name suggests. Ambience is nice for family outings. Expect pizzas other options are limited but available such as chicken wings. Multiple options for drinks. Staff are a bit slow even in no crowded time. So you may end up waiting 25-30 min for a hot delicious pizza. Right now the entrance is hidden in scaffoldings due to upper floor renovations. Finding a parking spot would be a challenge in this place. Quite a popular street due Harry potter and Jk Rowling fans.

We stopped in without a reservation and were seated immediately. The dough balls were amazing and the pizza was delicious. I would have liked the thin crust to be a bit crispier but that is really the only complaint. Our server was attentive but not overly omnipresent. It wasnβt too noisy so we were able to have a conversation. I would recommend it.

Casual dining place well-suited for people who want delicious yet affordable pizzas. The seating was varied in configuration and the restroom is clean. A good varied selection for pizza and pasta available. All the pizzas were thin crusted and tasty. The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Good service and it was good to try out some new, different drinks that they had on the menu. We did not have a reservation prior to coming in, however the table was provided quick enough. The staff was well attentive and inviting throughout our stay. At times the staff seemed quite busy running around even though the restaurant was not that busy (visited on Tuesday, 14th of Feb). Only thing was a slight let down when we received a dirty spoon for our dessert (Iβm sure it was an honest mistake), but still not very professional. This matter was quickly resolved after locating the staff and requesting a new spoon. Overall, would dine here again but with extra attention to my silverware.

This casual dining place is well-suited for individuals and families who want delicious yet quite affordable pizzas. The seating was varied in configuration and the restroom is clean. There is a varied selection for pizza and pasta lovers. The Spicy Giuseppe pizza I ordered satisfied my cravings for a punchy taste while my friends raved about the Garlic Prawn and Mushroom and Truffle pizzas they ordered. All pizzas were thin crusted which were perfect for the delectable toppings. The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. A must stop for everyone.

It was a quiet midweek night and the place was barely occupied with guests. We were seated immediately by friendly, efficient staff. No complaints about service. The Chicken Tikka and Hot American pizzas had sufficient flavor however I found the thin crust flaccid. Wish their ovens and dough recipe could produce a crispier product. All in all, a pleasant enough experience which my boys enjoyed, but if they hadnβt insisted on trying the chain, I would have preferred a more authentic Italian establishment.
