Grace looked after the 25 of us all at the store came with the pizza and explained abiut our air bubble in the pizza so we got our free one very helpful and polite great staff member well done
Always a nice place to sit, with good atmosphere, good music, and the pizza is great. We ate off the main menu, but the buffet looked good and well stocked with pizza. Salad bar messy, but they always are and there only appeared to be 2 front of house staff, who were always busy, so I've no complaint about them. It is expensive, but it's always good food, so you get what you pay for.
It was a very good experience. Because the kitchen made a mistake with the vegetables, they directly made a new one for us (an extra pizza) and didn't charge us extra. The staff even gave us a takeaway box and stickers!
Our first time visiting Scotland with my family, we wanted something familiar for the kids, so we decided to dine at Pizza Hut. Sadly, it turned out to be a terrible experience. We arrived at 8:15 PM and were greeted rudely by the lady server. Instead of a warm welcome, she told us to sit at the very back corner. We kindly requested to sit at the front so we wouldn’t disturb other guests — we have young children — but her response was shockingly rude. She refused and said it wasn’t allowed because they were closing at 10 PM… That’s two full hours later! To make matters worse, other customers around us laughed at the situation, and we were made to feel like we were being difficult or unreasonable. It was deeply embarrassing — especially when we were only trying to be considerate. We left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Thankfully, we found Pizza Pilgrims nearby where the staff treated us with kindness, understood our needs as a family with children, and made us feel genuinely welcome. What a stark contrast. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone — especially not to families. It was not family-friendly, not accommodating, and certainly not welcoming. It’s honestly shameful that such poor service exists right in the heart of downtown.
Great music, server (Isobel) was great, constantly refilled ours glasses and gave us friendly greeting at the door. She was enthusiastic and created a welcoming environment, which made me feel at home. Definitely recommend asking for her as your server, she is a star ⭐️
These people have changed my perception of Pizza, ordered delivery the crust was terribly hard, and the chicken wasn’t tasting so good, hot n spicy not even a bit spicy at all. Speaking of wings which look horrible from the outside, so were in taste! ain’t no ordering next time!
Visited here for a quick pizza lunch/dinner. Staff really friendly, food fresh and tasty & the cleanest Pizza Hut I’ve seen for a while. Even the ice cream factory was spotless! Just visiting the area but wouldn’t hesitate to return when next in the area.
Haven't been in a pizza hub in more than 20 years a bit depressing and looked exactly the same as how they looked 25 years ago. Food was ok
Absolutely amazing. The food was fresh and hot but real credit goes to the staff. Jamie and Kieran went out of their way to help us and answer our queries and were really friendly. I wish all the other restaurant staff are as good as these establishments. Next time I am in Edinburgh, this will be the place I will go to eat. Keep up the good work guys.
My daughter and I went to this restaurant for a meal, we had a meal that was on offer, ie one large pizza with 2 sides and 2 puddings, we got a large margarita with garlic filled rolls as an edge which was lovely, 1 pot of fries were nice and 4 slices of garlic bread and of course room was made for the pudding, 2 cookie dough and icecream. Is it just me because, when entering pizza hut, we was told it's card only, then when you sit down everything is done via the pizza hut app and a QR code for which table your sat at, no one take's your order, only a waitress/waiter brings your food and takes plates once finished. How long will it be till there's no waiters/ waitresses. I'm sure it won't be long until, CBDC, (Central Banking Digital Currency) But then again, eating at a Pizza place may well not work with CBDC as it's classed as unhealthy food. This is scary in my opinion. Enjoy Pizza Hut whilst you can.
