   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Papa John’s and had a fantastic experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. What really stood out was the staff: they were incredibly cooperative, friendly, and hardworking. From taking the order to making sure everything was perfect, their service made the visit even more enjoyable. You can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend Papa John’s for both the food and the great team behind it

   The pizza was not made well. Hardly any toppings,base tasted stale. Whoever is making pizzas there need to be trained properly. Another time they lost my order and I was waiting over an hour and phoned back ,no one knew about the order. If you keep this up,you are going to lose a lot of business

   Placed order on the app, no updates for 15 minutes - order not even started so called the restaurant. Was told we did not have an order and they did not know who we were. Was then hung up on. Called back with order reference number. They then asked for the entire order to be repeated and was told it would be delivered within 25 minutes. Then called back after 30 minutes, they didn't even know the address and said the driver would call me and it would be 10-15 minutes. I asked how that would happen when they didn't know the address, was hung up on again. Then called back after a further 20 minutes, gave address and was told yes yes, 3-4 minutes the driver will be with you and hung up on again. Food eventually arrived 1 hour 30 after order, original time being 25 minutes and after 10 total phone calls. There was a glitch in the system according to staff but zero excuse for the rude staff on the end of the phone. Surprised this place is still open.

   There are always reasons why people gives low score. I think staff is nice, kitchen looks clean but total 10 chicken nuggets cost 7 pounds is completely wrong. I went often here because it's closest but I will not order any side menu.

   Their Garden Party Pizza is one of my favorites - it's always cooked to perfection and has the most delicious toppings. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I always feel so welcome every time I visit. Also, their customer service is top-notch, they go out of their way to make sure that I'm happy with my order.
