   I stopped at Zizzi Silverburn for lunch with my friend, and we had a great time. We were warmly welcomed by Monika, who looked after us throughout our visit. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and Monika’s friendly and professional approach really stood out. Highly recommend!

   Mitchell was amazing! He was so attentive and knowledgable about the menu. He recommended amazing dishes and paired the dish with the perfect wine. He has a great personality, warm, welcoming and has amazing chat! We love Mitchell and we will be back hoping he will be working.    I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really made the evening special was our server, Monika. She was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right moment. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, and she carried herself with such genuine kindness that it made us feel truly cared for. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service, and Monika made our visit memorable from start to finish. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

   Made a reservation for 9pm, was 5 minutes early and the waiter who seated us CHUCKED menus at us. Another waitress came and took our order, i asked for carbonara and she rudely exclaimed “which one?!” this came as a shock to me as i was unaware of there being more than one and was a bit taken aback by her tone. The food came very quickly which was a bit suspicious, it tasted okay but our tap waters were warm and not very nice. The waitress seemed to be more than happy to engage in conversation with the other guests in the restaurant, but gave us glares.

   Dropped by here to have a quick dinner before the movie. We were quickly seated and the food came out quickly. Service was alright and so was the price. The carbonara is really good and can definitely recommend it.

   I recently ordered a salad with chicken from here and was extremely disappointed with the taste and quality. The chicken was dry and flavorless. The dressing was also lacking in flavor and did not enhance the overall taste of the dish. This was a major letdown, especially considering the high price for the salad. The pasta bolognese smelled awful, like tinned or vacuum packed meat and the carbonara was also tasteless. Everything came out within a few minutes of ordering, which would tell you how fresh it was. The server was also extremely hard to get a hold of and was not present at all. We would not go back after this visit.

   First time here and won’t be back. Food was rubbish and the service was diabolical. Restaurant wasn’t busy so we were surprised at the lack of service we experienced. Had to ask for cutlery amongst other things. if we asked a basic question about the menu the server was very abrupt with us. Server also put hot food down next to a toddler, when explained the child would pull at it the server said yeah they would but continued it out it down next to toddler. We had to move the plates. Waited 40 mins for our mains after we finished our starter. We watched 3 other tables get up and leave due to the lack of service. If the food hadn’t arrived when it did we were about to leave as well. Didn’t order desserts even though we paid for it for the kids as we weren’t prepared to wait another 40 mins on that. Won’t be back!

   Avoid this restaurant. Countless issues, firstly our starters were forgotten about and mains brought straight to the table which we then sent back. When the mains finally came, there was a piece of BEEF MINCE in my wife’s vegan pasta despite mentioning we are strict vegetarian. They then arranged for a replacement dish which arrived and that then had a piece of CHICKEN ! When questioned she took it to the chef who said he isn’t taking any responsibility nor was any of the other members of staff as to what happened. They offered to take the dish of the bill, they ruined our dinner and our evening and we stated this is not good enough. They then said that it’s on the house. Hopeless eatery with terrible employees in particular the clueless chefs. I would sincerely avoid as they don’t do due diligence during plating in the Kitchen.
