Hi Very Very bad company and very rude team They don’t answer my call’s and my massage I send with this company packages and they told me should be take 5 days only to destinations country and they haven’t been delivered for 2 months never again with this company, I have never experienced anything like that in my life I lost a lot of money because of this shipment and I didn't receive any compensation
Not answering calls and messages. Money from airlines has been refunded due to covid19 but they still havent sent funds back to customer. I can see other people are having the same issue.
The absolute worst company I have dealt with. I am chasing for my parents' ticket refund due to COVI pandemic, and they keep stalling me and telling me they are waiting for the airline to refund the money. I called the airline and went to their head office and they confirmed that the money was refunded to the agency ages ago. Now I am chasing and chasing for my money and the person is not responding to me at all!! Absolute thieves! I will be taking legal action. Clearly they have used this ticket money and other peoples money for other things.
A true disappointment. They are not refunding my airline ticket that I couldn't use last April, due to COVID pandemic and closure of destination airport. Their accountant Shahd Ibrahim cannot be reached over the phone and he is not responding to my many emails despite promise to reimburse me now a month ago!!
