   Ordered a pizza from this place, looked really good but as soon as i bit into it i noticed there was a really strange flavour to the pizza sauce, tried to eat another slice and i cant even get passed it. Waited well over an hour for this ☹️

   I ordered a quarter pounder for 3 pound and I thought it would be good when I got it 30 minutes after I was actually happy to eat it first bite I toke I had to spit it out straight away it was actually chewier than a piece of gum no wonder it was 3 pound.

   Quite disappointed tbh. I have just ordered from here and they forgot items on my order. But when I phoned up to ask, they said I wasn't charged for it they said they would deliver it but not charge me for the naan and only for the delivery fee. When the delivery driver arrived, I was asked to pay for both. I have been a customer with chillies for many years but have unfortunately lost a loyal customer due to this.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I called to place my order, and the food was ready right on time for pick-up. The packaging was top-notch—everything was securely sealed and came in eco-friendly containers that kept the food fresh and still hot when I got home. Now, the food—WOW! Every dish was packed with flavor and tasted like it had been freshly made, even though I was taking it away. [Dish 1] was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of flavors, and [Dish 2] was an absolute standout. It’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients, and the portions were generous. I could honestly tell that care went into the preparation of every single item.    Right so I ordered a pizza from Chilli’s yesterday (1/10/2022) I was fine for the full day until I got a pizza it smelt amazing but after it I got a sore stomach and was sick everywhere I swear I got spiked never going back. Sorry lads.

   Although it was Saturday night and they were very busy handling many customers at a time, of which some were quite confused/drunk (that could be an explanation for the bad reviews, too...), my food was delicious and fresh, as always. Staff is sound and friendly. There are new owners/team now, and everything became even better since. Have never been disappointed!
