   I rarely write reviews, but when I do, I usually write that I admire or am terribly disgusted in this case disgusted. In this case, the Fish chips that I bought for Lunch is one disappointment. Butter looks like breadcrumbs, the fish inside is dry. They have a smell of chips, the smell of oil in which pork was fried, or something else, that is, even chips. And Masha Peace is just terrible, maybe, of course, he's in a tin can. But the food is a distraction, as a result, a spoiled mood and a lost £14. The place is very dirty. I don't know why. That's how it works, but I'm disappointed

   Ended up with food poisoning from here on Friday. Went in and had a sausage supper had 2 bites of the sausage and knew something wasn't right, fast forward a few hours and I was being violently sick. Would avoid.

   THE best Fish n chip shop in the area - EASY! Girls always serve with a smile and great banter too! Fish is the tastiest you'll get (i used to drive over from bearsden for it!) and chips perfectly made too. Have tried ALL the chippies locally...but this is the plaice to go for fish n chips (all puns intended!)

   Fancied a fish,got the old man to go down to criterion for me. What a let down. What happened to them popping the fish in fryer when ordered. As it used to be. 2 slice of tasteless ,had obviously been lying,could have soled my shoes with them. You've lost my custom.

   Cooked the fish and chips in 1 minute, it was uncooked only breading batter was cooked not the fish made me sick. Was going to give them 0* but there is no option for that.

   Food is usually always great thats why i go back but their delivery is an absolute joke my partner usually collects (i dont drive) we are literally 5 mins drive from the shop and it takes over an hour for a fish supper to be delivered its crazy and extremely annoying especially when you ask how long deliveries are taking to be told 40 mins max

   Food arrived over an hour late, communication with restaurant was terrible. Had to call after getting no response back on the app twice to which they then said they had attempted to call which never happened. Due to the lateness just eat offered money off the order which criterion refused and wanted full payment. Food was soggy as if it had been sitting out for a while and the suppers contained a very small portion of chips each. Won't be ordering from here again.

   Chips adequate, fritters superb, king rib average, sausage good, pizza crunch good, fish average. Overall a decent chippy worth a repeat visit or two.
