    Terrible company. Owed £3600 for flights that were cancelled due to Covid. Sent letters, emails etc and they don’t reply.

    Don't deal with this company ! they have issued us with an invalid pre paid hotel voucher for Raffles The Palm Dubai which when presented was not accepted ! it had been cancelled I assume unpaid by Flight Team Ltd. / they also trade as Business Flights they have been uncontactable since by both email and phone. they are Atol registered 10852. (should be no stars)

    I have used this team previously with no problems, so in June paid £5314.00 for return flights to New Zealand , leaving 7th June. But no e-ticket was received and Swiss Air has no booking in my name. Business Flights do no answera my repeated calls and emails.

    These guys stole £2700 from us. Booked our flights to Antigua in 2019 before COVID and managed to re-book for May this year. 3 days before we were due to leave they rang to say that we had no tickets!! We had to buy two more tickets for another £2400. Absolutely no communication from them. Don’t touch with a barge pole!! If I could leave no stars I would!!!
