   The delivery was just so rubbish.... Waited for more than an hour 30 minutes to get it while their site says 47 mins... they need to work more on their delivery because it's annoying. I even had to call them and to my surprise, the person that picked wasn’t even sorry but still trying to give silly excuse rather than making customer feel better. The service is just whack

   Absolutely ridiculous, waited for my order for nearly two hours. If the order is going to be late or delayed the least you can do is let the person know. It’s a shame cause I enjoy the food but the customer service is terrible. Will not return

   Use kebab city for our takeaways often and never had a BAD takeaway yet... Food is tasty. Staff are on the ball & friendly. Never waited longer than 10 mins for my food when I pop into the shop. And prices are good for what you get. Overall a good takeaway.

   I’ve been going there for over a year. Food has always been great and so has service but for some strange reason I phoned them today to tell them I had a hair in my food and the girl on the phone didn’t even offer to send a driver out with a new one I had to get it myself but I’ve already drank so I couldn’t. Won’t be back! P.s. I don’t have black hair my hair is grey

   Order from here quite a lot but recently have had to call back about items being missing from our order or the wrong orders coming. Tonight everything was there but the chips had a very burnt taste to them and the pizza was freezing cold like it had been sitting for a while only good bit was the pakora.

   I like a wee kebab now n then, mostly pizza n chips, canny whack it with a big stick! This is my go to place when i've fell oot with the cooker, best kebab ive had and the staff are very compliant with dietary restrictions, i dont have any but am just saying, ya know, just in case anybodys wonderin and the lassie with the red hair that takes your order is very pleasant to speak with, i know the owner too, hes a great dood, so if your munchied or the wains are shouting, da, am starvin, then id phone kebab city or send your oldest down for the dinner ;)
