   Online ordering is quick and simple. Order usually turns up before estimated time. Food is hot, delicious and well cooked. Delivery person is always polite. The loyalty scheme is an added bonus.

   Ordered 5 x 16” pizzas for 6pm for a few friends. only for them to be delivered at 5pm when most of the friends weren’t there yet, only for the delivery driver to have an attitude on him so as we paid by card on delivery we were going to give him a tip but the wife decided no chance for his terrible attitude wouldn’t recommend this place again pity as the pizzas were ok

   3 delivery's we have had since 18th of December. 95 pound we have spent. First one was good. Other 2 absolutely atrocious. 1 hour and 30 mins waiting time. I phoned up to complain because food was cold. We are less than 2 miles down the road. Managers reaction to my complaint was " i think your being spiteful". Another disgrace as we're spending hard earned money on there food and it isn't good enough. Best menu in penicuick worst delivery service and quality of food!!! Re think before ordering from here

   Half of the chips were undercooked, definitely not edible.. What a disappointment. It isn't getting any better unfortunately.

   Ordered at 8:21 for it to be cancelled 20 minutes later, now having to wait 3 days for a refund, if timing is bad there is ways to state it online. Also ignoring calls after the fact us also just rude when the closing time is 9:45pm Edit: after the reply i must say brilliant reply i do apologise for the low stars at that time,

   Tonight my partner ordered 2 burgers one quarter pounder and one donner burger, only one shows up also missing salad and sauces. Calls up store to be told the quarter pounder was still there. Second burger arrives 15 mins later still missing salad and sauces and now has chilli on the burger. Won’t recommend ordering from here, clearly incompetent staff

   We ordered fresh fish, the young girl said the dish had just been cooked!! What she forgot to say it was fresh cooked two days before…. It was dry, discoloured and cold. The chips were no better. Never again

   I don’t normally write reviews but ordered a fish supper and bag of chips. Arrived very quickly which I assume with the quality of the fish and the chips they had been sitting for some time, the chips were hard and the fish very greasy as if it had been re-fried. It was supposed to be a large fish supper, at the cost of £8.10 I expected it to be larger than it was though thankfully it wasn’t, I only had a couple of mouthfuls and had to put the rest in the bin, not nice at all.
