   I traveled to Uzbekistan in August with Gatwick Travels. It was an absolute dissapintment for the amount we paid. The only positive was the guidance and support from Shaykh Saleem Nawab, Mufti Salim and the group members themselves. We were given different hotels names when booking. The food provided was repetitive daily. Despite raising this, we were told it cannot be changed. After long travel hours from one city to another, to be provided with food which did not sit well with my stomach, we were told to 'stop the bickering' and 'complaining.' As we had booked via Umair, we thought he was the leader. However, he had come on a family occasion. Towards the end of the trip, when most of the group were fed up, we were informed that Shayaan was in charge. When approaching Shayaan, he told us we shouldve let him know instead of Umair. Had we known, we would've approached Shayaan instead of Umair as we felt Umair dismissed everything we said. A lot of the sight seeing places we had paid for at the time of the booking, were closed for construction. For example, Imam bukharis resting place had been under construction for over a few months, however, this was not communicated and was placed into the itinerary given to us. Umair has a team in Uzbekistan so shouldve been made aware. The trip felt very unorganised. There was no time management. We were missing lunch most days. And whilst we were making it through, many members felt unwell or were drained by the end of the trip. Given its meant to be a holiday, it definitely needed another holiday to compensate. I would not book with Gatwick Travels again. Very disappointed as it was such a beautiful country to explore and cherish.

   Recently returned from the Palestine tour and all I can say it is absolutely breathtaking and life changing!
