   Ali tried to make an additional £100 for his pocket. I am extremely ANGRY and disappointed. I dealt with Ali who I’ve asked to book flights for both my teenage kids from Beirut to London and back. The price was £1110.00. I paid in cash and All was well. He gave me the itinerary and paperwork. An hour later he calls me and tells me the price is wrong and there is an extra £100; because they’ve included my younger son who is 14 as a child on the system. Although on the itinerary it said he is a youth. I told him that I’m not paying and he gave me the option to cancel the tickets. I said I will come by tomorrow. I called Middle East airlines on the phone straight away and found out both my kids are regarded and have been booked in as adults on the system. He lied to me to make an extra £100 for his pocket. So I ignored him. A week later I found out he has cancelled my flights without my consent. Reserved the refund to go and pick up. Didn’t let me know or even email me. Disgusting and embarrassing behaviour. We don’t find out money on trees. Barely keeping our heads above water

Staff members are not only very well informed about what i as a customer want for my trip personally and how to accommodate these but are also incredibly supportive in ensuring that I always get the best offer for my ticket! I love their transparency. Also, Ali Tilay in particular has been extremely helpful and informative, always explains things in a concise and clear manner- very friendly too!

   Poor customer service, called them a few times a each one of them quoted completely different prices for flight tickets, was even told incorrect baggage allowance!!! So disappointed, don't waste your time and go somewhere else!
