Hettz made an ordering mistake and haven’t refunded me £30 despite me calling, emailing and messaging for nearly a month. Managed to speak to the manager several times, he lied, used pretend voices, and now is no longer picking up my calls. Terrible company! Very upset- you’ve lost a customer for life!
