Haven't had the pleasure of buying tickets from them just yet, but customer service via WhatsApp is outstanding!
The staff are friendly and helpful. They go that little extra to help you select your destination and advise on the best time to travel. They help to get you the best seats suitable for your comfort. But somewhat lacking when you need more help at your destination. They follow up on their service to make sure you get your tickets early and in plenty of time before your departure. The only other issue is planning meals during the flights. On several occasions my meal choice were not shared with the flight team and I ended up without a meal on a long haul flight
