David Adam is slowly taking me into depression he is not picking calls, not replying to text messages. I paid soo much money for return tickets for my parents and now i cant seem to get help with their return dates.False promises for a long time now he is dissapeared in thin air. If he is still working fir this company please tell him to sort out my parents return tickets. I cant handle how am feeling anymore its like a nightmare, he has destroyed my happy moments wuth my family.. Vety depressing.

I had a nightmare with this agency. These guys lied to me that I didnβt need a visa to travel through Amsterdam yet they knew I needed. Called them from the airport for them to rebook my flight but I ended up spending the whole day in the airport yet they was a passenger with same issue like mine and the travel agency rebooked her flight within 20 minutes. These guys promised to rebook my flight in two days but it never happened the next thing I heard from David Adam was they are no flights for two weeks. I managed to book my own flight with the same airline the very next day, the same airline that according to them did not have any flights or available seats for the next two weeks. I requested for a refund and it was suggested Β£1300 which Iβm yet to receive after more than full month of waiting. Mind you I paid Β£2589. Not forgetting to mention that I rebooked my flight with twice the amount. In fact itβs more than double that amount. These guys are yet to refund. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. I almost went into depression dealing with them.

Just now received the E-ticket bought for an elderly family member travelling to Ghana. The process was handled by your agent Martin who was businesslike and professional throughout. As a businessman myself, I will say such staff are very hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work Martin.

Martin was professional, polite, and very patient with my being unused to booking flights as a result of a phone call. It would be better if Brussels airlines told the client online that it was sending you to a travel agent in England. He did a good job.

I have requested for a refund on a ticket which Trevely sold to me but the British Airways was not allowed to land at the destination. Trevely is not responding to my emails or WhatsApp messages. Someone named Andrew was working on this. Hope I get a respond soon before legal actions are necessary.

I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. They make their own rules and ignore government guidelines. They tried to charge me over 500 additional pounds for a flight which was cancelled cos o covid19 when the airline said I should have been booked on the next available flight for the same cost. Now I'm fighting for my refund which the airline paid them back within 7 days they say I have to wait 4 weeks. We will see about that!!!
