This was my first trip to Yo but I really enjoyed it. I'm a big Katsu curry fan so ordered and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plus I managed to use chopsticks for the first time and ate it all, brilliant stuff. My wife picked up plates from the belt and I tried a few items that she had. They were all very tasty. Yo isn't the cheapest place but definitely enjoyable.

We waited 25 minutes for food and then left. Made worse by the fact that the table next to us was being brought dish after dish and we watched the guy try to give two wrong dishes to one table which was a waste of cooking time. It was not that crowded but even when it is they normally manage to serve people in a slightly staggered way. Server came twice to check with us and asked where the food was and was told coming but nothing came and about 5 more dishes serves to our neighbour. You can wait a little while for some dishes but this is fine provided something comes out meantime. One of the dishes was white rice which is ready cooked. Very disappointing

I used to go there when I lived in Glasgow. This guy Hari was very attentive and quick with what he was doing. Highly recommended this place.

We had such a lovely experience thanks to Jina and Kiera—they were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing. A wonderful bonus is that kids eat free, making it perfect for families. Highly recommend this place for great food and a warm atmosphere. Thnak you so very much!

Food is ok but fairly expensive. Ordering is via a QR code and mobile phone. Food took FAR TOO LONG to arrive via the conveyor belt. I found the manager to be very passive aggressive. I was ordered to leave but at least he gave me a full refund. Food hygiene was not good in my opinion, bare hands / fingers were used to dip into the pots of salad which were added to the dishes as a garnish.

I have actualy never sat in but i used the to good to go app and yo sushi is on there. Its a great service to stop food waste. A few times i have got this at the last minute as you can imagine it goes quickly. The food you get is fantastic and the staff have it ready for you. The staff are always happy to see you and chat away. My wife lovees sushi we realy need to make a point of going here but from what i have tried its amazing great selection.

Excellent service. Tasty flavours but some of the food wasn't very well put together, resulting in a harder time eating it. I was well surprised at the tuna. It wasn't the vivid red type, but a more pink. The flavour reminded me more of raw pork mince than of steak. It is tasty but not the default tuna I'm used to. The speakers are right above the booths so they end up being just that little bit too loud, especially when the rest of the mall isn't noisy.

Very clean and tidy, feel very safe eating here. The new mobile ordering works well and we are able to apply our unidays discount with no hassle. I do wish there was more choice as some of my favourite dishes have been taken away, but that's understandable considering the pandemic. Hopefully they will be able to expand the menu again soon!
