   I am on my way home from a holiday organised by Great Pacific. At first it was supposed to be just hotels and flights but they arranged our transfers between locations and a couple of excursions in Phuket. The only down side they took a bit long to return phone calls and emails with regards to providing travel documents but this was due to staff being away.(fair enough) They booked us into a number of 4 star hotels and many different destinations in Thailand from Bangkok to Phuket then to finish it all off in Phi Phi island in decent hotels and resorts. It was planned right, we even had our own representatives meet us at each location to make sure that everything was ok and if we required anything else, to round it of I would use them again.

All the hotels were amazing especially the one in Lombok (we were upgraded to a Jacuzzi villa which was insane) The transfers provided were hassle free and really well organised.    This company helped me book a trip with my friends to Thailand and it was amazing! Alex did an amazing job, such a shame I was told yesterday he don’t work there anymore his customer service skills were brillisng no one in the company compared to him in my opinion. I will be booking future trips with this company I hope I have the same experience..

   Recently returned from Malta. Albert, Seb and Justine were extremely helpful in helping us get this trip organised. Our hotel was wonderful. Everything fell into place plane, transfers were prompt with excellent drivers. The reason for the 4 star and not 5 star was due to the slight delay in issuing our travel papers. Thank you all for a wonderful time.

   Book a Christmas market trip to Riga at the end of November 2017. The only problem was that the markets did not start until the day after we returned the 2nd December 2017. I emailed Great Pacific Travels while out in Riga to let them know. I have had to keep contacting them by phone and email, as they never contact me even though they say they will. I contacted Wowcher who tried contacting Great Pacific Travels but they have had no luck either. I did eventually receive an email from them and they have refused to give me a refund and since then have not not replied to any emails I have sent. If booking with them I strongly suggest that you double check what is on offer before you book. I will never use them again.
