   Booked a family UMRAH 3* package with SAM Travels (Itimaar Travels) and Alhamdulillah I had a very pleasant experience with them. I was very anxious after reading all the horrible experience some customers had who used SAM Travels for their UMRAH. But, Alhamdulillah my UMRAH was hassle-free through out... The agent who took care of my UMRAH itinerary was Br. SALMAN who took all the efforts to make sure all the transfers for us from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel and Makkah Hotel to Madina and Madina Hotel to Jeddah Airport are in place. The hotel we were given in Makkah is Hotel AL-KISWAH Towers which is a 4* Hotel and the rooms were brilliant. Though its a bit far from HARAM SHARIFF (about 850m - 15 minutes walk from the room), the Hotel provides 24 Hour round the clock shuttle service to HARAM SHARIFF and vice-versa which made our life easier as we travelled with elderly and kids and infant. We were slightly disappointed with the Hotel we have been provided in Madina which is ISRAQ AL BUSTAN which is a 3* Hotel as per the Travels but its a 2* Hotel and not really been looked after. The carpets in the rooms were smelly, A/c was not working properly, Beds and Linens were not cleaned properly. We complained about this to the Hotel Receptionist but they did not do anything about it as most of the management workers are from Bangladesh and unless you are from Bangladesh, you wont get any help from them. So better to avoid this hotel for your Madina Stay. One good thing about this Hotel is its very near to the Masjidun Nabawi. The closest gate is 8 which would take 5-7minutes walk from this Hotel. As we were there for doing Ibaada' we did not really make a fuss about it. Overall, the UMRAH experience was satisfactory with SAM Travels and I would recommend them to my family and friends.    My umrah and package holiday was cancelled due to covid-19 and they did not refund my money even though they initially told me that they would refund me. They just simply had disappeared but I managed to give them a big surprise, I made charge back through my bank and successfully recovered my money. If anyone is the victim of those craps then please make a chargeback through your bank and recover your money ASAP, also be aware of those scams including Javed, Areeb and Muneer. They talk so polite before selling their package and do not really bother to talk to people as soon as they take the payment. Their other good reviews are fake and posted by their friends and family.

   I booked Umrah with Umar Khattab and overall great experience. We booked 4* package which was good on pocket and they provided Stay Istanbul for 2 nights complimentary. Alhamdulillah the services were really good and the best part is that these guys dont leave anyone when we were in Saudi they were connected all the time through whats app. Inshallah looking forward booking with Umar again in future.

   I used itimaar travels for my umrah trip. I was reluctant at first to book through someone i had never met, I was dealing with an agent on the telephone and I had previously had bad experiences with other agents. However Anuar the travel consultant was very professional he went the extra mile to make sure the whole process went smoothly. The transfers throughout the trip were excellent no messing about there on time and dropped off as agreed. The five star accommodation in Makkah was beyond expectation. Not very satisfied with the hotel in Madinah, of course the agent tried to liaise with the hotel to resolve the problems but unfortunately I would say generally hotel standard was not great for a five star hotel I would like to thank Anuar for bearing with my anxiety to ensure the trip went smoothly and making it one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. The whole family feel the same. I will definitely be using Anuar from itimaar travel for my next umrah inshallah this year again and all my travel from now on. Thank you for your service

   I booked a last minute umrah trip for my family. I was taken care of by Rauf Ahmed. My family had a wonderful experience in Makkah and madina. Brother Rauf made sure everything was taken care of. The transfers from airport to hotel and Makkah to madina were included in a spacious car (GMC). I was extremely unsure of whether to use this agency for my family’s umrah after I had read negative reviews, however brother Rauf reassured me that everything would be fine and taken care of. The hotel locations were perfect. I would definitely recommend to use this agency, and ask for Rauf Ahmed.

   Me and my family had the best experience on Umrah. Sam Travel did a great job with our package. Even in the month of Ramadan, and there was 8 of us, they still gave us a reasonable price. They have great customer service and the followed us through our journey until we came back. I would recommend I'timaar Sam Travel for anybody who wants to go to Umrah or Hajj. P.S: Request to speak to Ibrahim.
