   So I turned up to Beijing banquet with the family . Lovely atmosphere and we’re greeted in the way in . Everyone is happy . So we get up go for our food . My dad has literally sat down and took a bite of his food . It was freezing cold . So he kindly asked there server over to report about the food . And he was greeted with nothing but a frustrated member of staff ! My dad explained to him the situation and was literally told he will have to accept it the way it is . And then tried to make everything my dad said was basically a lie . We have been here over ten times with no problem like this before . But the service was terrible everyone looking the other way not wanting to help my dad out . As if he’s some sort of bad person ! I recommend people to order locally and stop giving franchises like this your hard earned money when they don’t respect the customer .i was absolutely furious the way this guy spoke to my father . It’s an absolute disgrace from a staff member to be so rude

   Plenty of choices of food and drinks, and they serve fish and steak by a teppanyaki grill on order. I highly recommend both beef and salmon. Lot of option from west and east cuisine, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant because of location, quiet and with parking area, and friendly and helpful staff, often checking if everything was going great or chatting Will visit again (:

   The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was good, with a great choice for all. We had 3 children with us and all got to try various things. As we were there for lunch it wasn't too busy.

   We attended for a family member's birthday, and after a fair amount of confusion as to where we were to be seated, we were given tables. Our drinks order took quite a while considering it was just 95% empty glasses for refillable drinks, but we got them in the end. Our waiter was a bit clueless as well which led to some confusion among our party. But in the end we got our drinks and food. The food was delicious, a relatively small selection compared to some buffets, but what was on offer was, mostly, very delicious. In the end the price was quite reasonable, however we were a large party and wanted to pay individually which is not something they accommodate, so everyone needed to pay one person in the party in cash, which was rather inconvenient.

   I enjoyed the variety and quality of the dishes. The service was beyond annoying, impersonal and hurried like a drive through without cars. There were barely a few minutes went by without one waitress hovering across the table eager to whip the place away. Several times I had to insist I was not finished with my plate or they go away and allow my friend and I to finish a sentence. The dodgems car buffet was full of delightful starters, mains and desserts but most areas had uninvited arms stretched in front of you as the gutsy "eat until you burst" brigade lunged for yet another scoop of chips/onion rings or nuggets. Personally I would have troughs lined up against the wall for those greedy, ill-mannered customer, who looked ready to burst at any minute. The waitresses wore a dressage ponytail which "swished" at us and the table opposite several times. We made jokes about potentially grabbing it the next time it brushed our table or arm. After begging my friend to hurry and leave, we did. We found the young lady with a NASA type head set on, directing traffic while she rang up our bill and pointed to the amount rather than have to converse. Outside, we drew a breath of fresh air and vowed never to go back. It reminded me off monkeys at the zoo at feeding time........ My last visit I fear, the most unenjoyable meal out for a long time, never again!

   Parking spaces aren’t the best but not too bad. When I visited here recently after it being closed for ages, there was no wait and we were seated promptly. There is a good selection of food and it is all warm, fresh, and well made. Prices aren’t too bad, especially during lunch times. Will definitely be coming back.
