   We had the most fabulous experience from our MSC cruise to the UAE & Abu Dhabi F1. From the moment we booked with Paramount, we had lots of information of the itinerary. We felt a bit nervous booking such a trip and everything was dealt via WhatsApp. But the service has been faultless. The flights were great with Emirates and we got a transfer to the ship with no problems at Dubai. Our cruise took us to Doha, Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas Island, then Dubai. It was utterly amazing! We booked some MSC excursions and although were pricey, they packed a lot of places in the time away from the ship which was worth it. We also did our own trips too and used Uber to get around. Once we completed our cruise, we got a transfer to Abu Dhabi for 3 days to see the F1 final race. Patrick was on our coach and think he also stayed at our hotel (Grand Hyatt). The coach also took us to the track and we had great seats on the South Grandstand! We saw the races on both days and the atmosphere was electrifying! It was our first time on a track and we had so much fun! The Grand Hyatt hotel was absolutely fantastic and we stayed on the 43rd floor. Couldn’t picked a better hotel in the best location!! We spent the last day at the hotel and relaxing on the little private beach! The transfer back to Dubai Airport was seamless and easy! We couldn’t ask for a better holiday in the UAE! Everything was just perfect! We would definitely use Paramount again!!

   We have recently returned from a UAE cruise with an added hotel stay for the Abu Dhabi Grandprix . Andrei helped organise our trip without any pressure and faultlessly providing us with regular updates from the time of booking to the start of our holiday . Paramount representatives were always at hand if needed whist we were away and they also gave us regular updates /reminders on upcoming events we needed to know about whilst there . Our F1 grandstand seats at Qatar and Abu Dhabi were excellent and we could not of picked better ourselves . Sitting directly opposite Lewis Hamiltons garage was the icing on the cake !! We would highly recommended Paramount Cruises the whole holiday experience was stress free and excellent value for money . Thank you so much.

   We had a customised trip pieced together by the team at Paramount Cruises which encompassed two F1 Grand Prix’s, a relaxing stay in Dubai followed by a cruise around the Middle East on Celestyal Journey. It was amazing from start to finish and we couldn’t have asked for anything else! We had Grandstand tickets in Qatar which was great seeing all the F1 & F2 cars lining up. In Abu Dhabi we were in the South Grandstand, at the end of the DRS zone and our seats did not disappoint. The transfers were spot on and the staff sharing their own experiences was second to none. Everyone at Paramount involved in our reservation made our trip special. We will certainly be booking with Paramount Cruises again.

   Just returned from a short cruise onboard MSC Seascape from Miami to the Bahamas, and it was absolutely amazing! Ocean Cay was incredible. I’m already dreaming about going back. Huge thanks to Marco for organising everything so smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Paramount Cruises again for future trips, highly recommend!

   We recently came back from another cruise and stay vacation organized by Mr Patrick Hill and his team. It was a New York to Quebec cruise with N.Y. and Toronto stays plus a full day to Niagara Falls : one of the best trips in our lives. Everything went as planned and hoped. Flights, transfers, hotels and the cruise itself were perfect! Even the weather was exceptional. No delays, no missing arrangements, no unpleasant surprises. And an unexpected bonus : the appearance of the Northern Lights cruising from Halifax to Quebec. So, once more, thank you Patrick, thanks to the whole Paramount team for the services, for the help, for the memories..

   Booking process was good but the customer service was not. Having to chase for details continuously and only just receiving the final itinerary the evening before flying out. I wouldn't book with Paramount again.

   I have read over a lot of the reviews about Paramount cruises and I am so disappointed When I say I am disappointed I mean with the negative comments . I would normally book all my holiday separately as to keep price down but with my wife’s 65 th birthday coming up. I decided to book with Paramount Did I make the right choice YES everything I asked for was adhered to and they bent over backwards to help us. How can anyone have a negative comment to make about Paramount I found it cheaper booking through them than it was booking separately We flew from Dublin and the price was the same as advertised. We tried booking with another company but once we said we wanted to fly from Dublin they wanted the full asking price and would not take a deposit needless to say we did not book with them . Paramount are a great company to travel with and I highly recommend them when you speak with them on the phone they are strangers but at the end of the call you are best friends. For anyone looking at these reviews make your own mind up . Remember in every bunch of roses there is always a few Thorns . We are cruising with them next Year and we cannot wait

   Recently made an enquiry about a cruise. The first thing they ask “if you are looking to book today”? As soon as you say, not quite - their customer service change. They make you feel you are wasting their time. And cannot wait to get you off the phone. Just not what you expect from a company. People have the right to enquire especially if one has not been on the cruise so they shouldn’t made you feel that you have to book on the spot so you can have their undivided attention. Luckily, there are few companies out there were more helpful and does know what customer service is all about.

   Customer service rubbish do not pay a deposit as they cannot change your booking unless you pay extra. Then would not refund my deposit. Absolutely worst travel agent I've ever dealt with.
